    Default Refund***Regarding the Customer ID:3007280096***

    Hi Team,
    This mail is Regarding the Customer ID:3007280096. I called Airtel DTH on March 12th 2011 as i bought a New Sony Bravia they said i would get a free DTH Connection. When called Airtel they told me to activate the account by recharging for Rs.1000/- and promised to provide me with all the channels. When i did so and then called back Airtel DTH people, the next Customer Care agent says i get 30 channels and not more than that. Then i figured out they just wanted to sell me a DTH Box so they were giving me all kind of wrong information. I told them to cancel the connection and refund the money. They said it would be credited to my account within 15 working days, but asusual havent got anything from them till now. I tried following it up for more then 10 times and all the time they just take a complaint and nothing happens after that. I just got tired and left it. But thanks to my friend Edwin who gave me this website and told to post here and assured me that this will be taken care off. I need your help team.
    Now i am using Tata Sky DTH and happy with it and dont want Airtel DTH. All i want is my money back.

    Rama,

    Airtel has gone to dogs in recent times. You wont believe, they were charging me for MMS when i was using a Nokia 1202. They will never pay that money back. The recovery agent who called me and my sister to collect the 3G bill, said, we are "just customers" and we have no choice but pay the bill, or he knows what to do. DUH!!
