    Default pathetic airtel dth services - Customer Id - 3000361025

    customer id - 3000361025

    16 days to install HD DVR and I still don't get to watch any channels because they won't activate my services.
    This inspite of the fact that I paid the amount in full almost three weeks back.

    The only reason I have not gone for tata sky uptill now is because of the thought - "If getting HD DVR installed is so difficult with Airtel customer care, how difficult it would be to get the money back if I give in a disconnection request to airtel "

    All in All there's a limit to one's patience and I have reached mine, I can forego my 4000 Rs. for the peace of mind.
    ConsumerCourt.in is my last hope. If I can get airtel to activate my services through this site well and good else it's Tata and Goodbye to Airtel

    Thumbs down pathetic airtel dth services

    dozens of requests I have opened so far, and engineer do not turned up, closes the request saying resolved, not informed to us, no calls from engineer.

    Last time, we observed in-appropriate behavior from one of engineers. And if they do not resolve problem, we are not suppose to pay them 100Rs service fee

    Please check out all recent requests submitted by me, the last one is 12779307

    I had asked customer executive to mention in the request that, service charge will be made if engineers do resolve the issue.

    I still not have my request resolved ...
    looks like airtel dth service engineers are corrupted ...
    they replaced my defective hd set-top box with one more old defective set-top box ....

    its more than 2 months now ..I am having defective hd set-top box ....
