    Default Airtel digital TV SM2 error no response

    My airtel digital tv connection started showing error code SM2 on 9 August 2011.I immediately lodged a complaint with their cal center and I was given the complaint no10819134.They told me it would be resolbed in 12 hours..wen i called back yesterday, sagain they promised engineer would visit my residence.They have problems locating address in Dibrugarh, since in their data base pin code 786001 is for Tinsukia and not Dibrugarh. .They also gave me number of a service center which doesnot exist.Anyway, when i called today,they hung up....I have three connection and i have decided if it is not resolved by tomorrow, i will disconnect all three and also take them to court. I will also send a mail to airtel corporate office.

    Hi,i am using a reliance big tv dth since 9 months but from the first month it started creating problem of signal lost.In every 15 days i use to file a complain and the person use to visit my house and rectify the problem.But now they are telling me that you have to pay 1000 rupeews.Connection is in the name of shraddha joshi,31/11 dhakpatti,rajpur dehradun
