    Airtel DTH - Very Poor Customer Service - Customer ID : 3004550382


    I am Airtel DTH customer with Customer ID : 3004550382.
    Two months back, we had problem with DTH and we lodged a compalint.

    Following problem happened -
    1st time Technician came and could not resolve.
    2nd time Technician came and could not resolve but he took along the remote control.
    3rd time Technician came and could not resolve but he replaced the adaptor.
    4th time Technician came and just saw the setup box and went back.

    Its been long time we had been following up but nothing has happened till now.

    Request you to please help.

    Angry Airtel DTH HD

    Problem again started.


    Its been over a month now that my new HD Box which was replaced sometime back has stopped working.

    Very Bad product.

    Problem again started.

    Very Bad product. I think I should buy a different company service
