DEAR SIR,
I am a customer of Tata Sky DTH Service in Bhusawal. I purchased my Tata Sky
from Hari Om Electronics, Near Head Post office Bhusawal. on 28th of Aug
2008. Six days before i launched a complaint "that my set top box in not
recieving signals " at tatasky customer care. Since then they are giving me
assurity that they will solve my problem well the same evening. They gave me
several SMS in this concern. But aftr giving quite 30 to 50 calls they are
still not in view of solving the problem.
My Tata sky Box is in warranty period. and still the tata sky dealers are
demanding me to pay a sum of 450.00 as talked to Ms. Hari Om Electronics,
Bhusawal.
Sir, inspite of us ready to pay the amount the tata sky dealers and the
district office at Jalgaon both are not in position of solving the problem.
My ID No of TATA SKY IS 1019578333 registered by the name of Mr. Ashish
Shashikant Tiwari. Bhusawal.
I need to launch a complaint against the District office and Tata Sky Dealer
M/S. Hari Om Electronics for not solving the problem and harrasing me
continually.
Please help us out..
