    DEAR SIR,

    I am a customer of Tata Sky DTH Service in Bhusawal. I purchased my Tata Sky
    from Hari Om Electronics, Near Head Post office Bhusawal. on 28th of Aug
    2008. Six days before i launched a complaint "that my set top box in not
    recieving signals " at tatasky customer care. Since then they are giving me
    assurity that they will solve my problem well the same evening. They gave me
    several SMS in this concern. But aftr giving quite 30 to 50 calls they are
    still not in view of solving the problem.

    My Tata sky Box is in warranty period. and still the tata sky dealers are
    demanding me to pay a sum of 450.00 as talked to Ms. Hari Om Electronics,
    Bhusawal.

    Sir, inspite of us ready to pay the amount the tata sky dealers and the
    district office at Jalgaon both are not in position of solving the problem.

    My ID No of TATA SKY IS 1019578333 registered by the name of Mr. Ashish
    Shashikant Tiwari. Bhusawal.

    I need to launch a complaint against the District office and Tata Sky Dealer
    M/S. Hari Om Electronics for not solving the problem and harrasing me
    continually.

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    This is my reminder to you with regards to my complaint dated 24th July'09.As
    promised I was supposed to receive a call on Monday (As Promised) after your call on
    Saturday 25th July'09 from the number +918066233000 @ 14.58pm IST.I still have not
    received any resolution to my complaint addressed below.

    Request you to kindly revert on the issue asap or else I would be forced to go legal.

    Hi,

    I have subscribed to your services since last 2months.Let me explain you point by
    point how was I harassed:

    1. To get the dish installed it took more then 25days.
    2. Post installation I have not been provided with any subscriber ID/Password.
    3. The connection worked for 5 days post which I have been facing issues of "No
    Signal"
    4. Complaints made to the call centre are either not attended \ nor tagged in
    your systems as complaints.
    5. The dealer from whom I have taken the connection is not willing to help.
    6. Your Nodal number is incorrect I have tried dialing more then 100 times it
    says "Your call cannot be processed"

    I would like to know is this the way you treat your customers?????????????

    I want to surrender my connection at the earliest, so I request you to refund me the
    subscription fees & the set top box charges.Other DTH services are far more superior
    to TATA SKY.

    Angry cheated by tatasky

    to whom so ever it may concern.

    I have being cheated by the tatasky attendeee, we hav complaint for not proper telecast, person came frm ur company, changed the set-up box, amount 350/- was debited frm the account, & now we are facing more server promblem. the set-up box is nt wrking. we hav not seen t.v since days.
    why a new box is given to the customer when 350/- amount is charged. bloody u r jst bluffing the customer by jst repacing boxes frm one customer to another. thts it. kindly see dis matter into considerations as soon as possible.

    Thumbs down Misguidance by Tata Sky Customer care.

    I use to be a proud owner of Tata sky but with the experience I had in the past few days, I am dishearten with its services.

    I had been contacted by customer care representative around 03-04/04/10 and briefed about the annual package during which the representative repeatedly insisted that I will get 13 months validity on opting for annual package and will be charged for 11 months only. This I found was not the case when I opted for the annual subscription which was for 12 months only.

    when I lodged a complain about this to Tata Sky the responce was as usual that also after 4-5 days.

    Again on 10/04/10 at 3 pm I was contacted by customer care representative who told me that my customer ID had been selected for a special package, in which, I will get the Life style Gold addition for Rs. 180 instead of the regular Rs. 225 plan for six month only. He insisted that I recharge a minimum amount of Rs. 200 to and opt for the above special package. The day being Saturday and due my other assignments I asked him that I will charge Rs.200 on Monday / Tuesday. He assured me to call back on Monday for activating the pack, but never called back.

    On 13/04/10 at 4:50 pm, when I contacted your customer care (after recharge) for activation of the above I was told that the scheme is not valid now. When I insisted to talk to the higher authority about the same, the call was forwarded after waiting for about 3-4 minutes. It took about 16-17 minutes of my time just to get the denial from higher authority.

    The amount of Rs. 200 is not a big deal, nor is the subscription validity. I had opted for DTH service for viewing pleasure though cable TV is already available to me. Then also I opted for Tata Sky for the brand name and trust though many other cheaper DTH services are readily available.

    Their sincerity and seriousness towards my complain can be valued by the fact that ‘NO ONE’ ever contacted me for any justification, though their customer care representatives had contacted me for pursuing me to opt for add on packages nearly 10 times during the past few days. The matter can also be judged by the delay in replying to my complain in this era of e-mails, I guess what would had happened if you replied with normal postal services.

    Each time I switch on my TV and see TATA SKY logo I am reminded of the agony and pain I went through for being cheated and betrayed, not only once but twice. I am saturated by the false promises and wrong information of your customer care and will try my best to dishearten others to opt for Tata Sky due to their poor service.

    Default Display Problem

    To Tata Sky Customer Care,

    My Id No : 1039052905 there is a problem with my display. As two channels seem to come at the same time. I had the same problem and had put a complaint earlier. The same problem has come up again. The Two channel come at the same time making it not at all visible. This problem has come even when there have been no rains through out the day.

    Please send your technical team as soon as possible.

    i have opted for semi annual supervalue pack on 20/6/2010 by paying rs.1100/-i also had 100 rs. balance before it . but my online account is showing -7/ rs. and my due date is also showing wrong. customer care no. is not responding. if this is the service i have to go for other d2h service or pl solve the problem. my due date should be december 2010

    Angry Problem of set top box

    Unhappy Service engineer not reponding for installation of tata sky disc

    Dear Sir, I have registered tata sky disc connection on 01.07.2010 and purchased the set-up box on the date, it is very sad to say that the service engineer for installation of the disc is not responding properly. It is great harrasment of the customer not only with me but also in the entire Kapurthala region of Punjab. Sir, Please take necessary action for future betterment of the customer.

    Angry Cancellation of online Tata Sky+ Installation request

    Dear Support,

    My Name is Jitender Singh (subscription Id 1049862137) and on 14th July 2010 10:00 A.M. I requested to book tata sky+ connection and opted for credit card payment and made a payment of Rs. 5999/- .

    I spoke to Mr. Atul Joshi in sales and he promised that complete installation will take 24 hours time and somebody will contact me within 4 hours for installation schedule.

    When i called up after 4 hours to enquire about the schedule, i was informed that the set top box will be delivered through courier and it will take maximum of 24 Hours time. On 15th July after not receiving any courier i contacted customer care numbers, i spoke to many people like Mr. Santosh Chauhan, Ms. Anu and they were not able to give any reasonable replies. My call was then transferred to Mr. Rajneesh (floor Manager) who informed me that the box is not in stock and refused to give any commitment for delivery of the same.

    I all of a sudden realized that i have been cheated by false commitments and since money is already taken there is hardly anything which could be done. I requested these guys to refund me the amount and questioned that how could a product be sold without having it in stock.

    First shock to me wasnt over while second one was given by saying that refund takes 7-10 days and on top of it 2.5% bank charges will be deducted. I insisted upon the written commitment of refund statement which was declined. However upon entire arguement wherein i insisted that since tata sky failed to keep the commitment they should be penalized and why should i pay for the same. I was given a reference ID - 1-7150051086 for refund wherein verbally it was promised that the money will be refunded to my card without any deductions.

    I request you to kindly expedite the process and confirm the same in written, this is also a wake up text for those booking things online.

    Default No signal complaint unattended from the last 10 days

    Tata Sky is taking prepaid customer for a ride. Inspite of repeated complaint through mails nobody bothers to attend the complaint. The customer care call remains unattended.
