I have been a loyal Tata Sky customer for more than 2 years and what had drawn me to TATA Sky was the untarnished image of TATA group. However, I am very sorry to state that I have been totally disappointed by your service. Here are the facts you may consider and do the needful:
1. On 6th Nov, 12 Noon I launched a complaint with Tata sky help desk regarding poor audio quality and I was assigned complaint number- 1-8185388796 and was told that issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
2. At 4:11 PM, 6/11/2010 I receive an SMS message stating that a Tata sky representative will visit our home at 1735 and resolve the issue.
3. I waited for the representative and no one came, nor did I receive any message. I am called at 4136452204 but the phone was switched off.
4. At 1830 (6/11) I again called the help desk and was informed that for sure someone would come latest by 2030. But again no one came.
5. I called the help desk again at 2130 and was informed that guaranteed someone will come by 12 Noon on 07/11.
6. I also received a call from one of your executive, around 10 AM (07/11) that the issue will be resolved by noon and we would call me back to let me know the status. He again called me at 12:30 PM and informed me that as soon as the rain stops some will come and fix the problem. But no one came.
7. Today (08/11) I waited until 1:00 PM and finally called the help desk again and was told that that with an hour some will call and our issue will be resolved. But no called.
8. I called the local TATA Sky (4136452204) and luckily I was connected. He did not have any answers but told me that my set top box needs to be replaced and they have to spare box and will have to wait and he also told me that within 1/2 hour a representative will call me and visit the premises to ensure that set top is the one causing the problem. However again it is now 3:45 PM and no one has called yet.
9. I called both the help desk and Local office both today and yesterday and still the problem has not been solved.
