    TATA SKY is the most useless, unprofessional, pathetic DTH service provider. 15 times I lodged complaint & still no action, what a irresponsible service provider.

    Most third class TATA GROUP company operated most hard core unprofessionals who only know how to torture a customer.

    The sad thing is that the top box provided by them can not be used by other service provider otherwise we would have shifted to genuine DTH service provider.

    Wake up you buggers, if you eyes & ears otherwise 100 Aamir Khans will not be able to save your company.

    Default Disgusted with TATA SKY

    I have been a loyal Tata Sky customer for more than 2 years and what had drawn me to TATA Sky was the untarnished image of TATA group. However, I am very sorry to state that I have been totally disappointed by your service. Here are the facts you may consider and do the needful:
    1. On 6th Nov, 12 Noon I launched a complaint with Tata sky help desk regarding poor audio quality and I was assigned complaint number- 1-8185388796 and was told that issue will be resolved within 48 hours.
    2. At 4:11 PM, 6/11/2010 I receive an SMS message stating that a Tata sky representative will visit our home at 1735 and resolve the issue.
    3. I waited for the representative and no one came, nor did I receive any message. I am called at 4136452204 but the phone was switched off.
    4. At 1830 (6/11) I again called the help desk and was informed that for sure someone would come latest by 2030. But again no one came.
    5. I called the help desk again at 2130 and was informed that guaranteed someone will come by 12 Noon on 07/11.
    6. I also received a call from one of your executive, around 10 AM (07/11) that the issue will be resolved by noon and we would call me back to let me know the status. He again called me at 12:30 PM and informed me that as soon as the rain stops some will come and fix the problem. But no one came.
    7. Today (08/11) I waited until 1:00 PM and finally called the help desk again and was told that that with an hour some will call and our issue will be resolved. But no called.
    8. I called the local TATA Sky (4136452204) and luckily I was connected. He did not have any answers but told me that my set top box needs to be replaced and they have to spare box and will have to wait and he also told me that within 1/2 hour a representative will call me and visit the premises to ensure that set top is the one causing the problem. However again it is now 3:45 PM and no one has called yet.
    9. I called both the help desk and Local office both today and yesterday and still the problem has not been solved.

    Dear Sir,

    Purchase of setup boxes/connection for 2 TV sets with grand pack-annual base @Rs.5273.00 had been done through Mr.Sanchit of your Chandigarh office on 06-11-10.

    6 days have passed.

    In spite repeated calls to your call centre, no one had called, and nothing had been delivered/installed/activated.

    As purchase has been done through credit card, I do not have choice to cancel my order.
    I was really not expecting this pathetic service. Why you are ruining name of TATA.
    Every time I call your call centre, they just assure that I will get call within 2 hours and installation will take place same day but everything in air.
    Request to please install and active today itself.

    Angry Purchased the Tatasky on 11-11-2010 and no response from them for the installation

    Hi,

    I am Ravi Kumar, purchased the Tata Sky connection from the Tata Sky Sales department online through credit card. The people were after me till the purchase was made and promised me that the connection would be established with in 3 days. After 3 days when I started calling the call center, I am not getting any proper response regarding my installation. Rather the people are not responding properly. All the commitments that are given by the Tata Sky customer care representatives are proved to be wrong. If this continues, I will with draw my connection and demand for the return of the paid amount Rs. 2844/- (Dish with 1 year subscription). This has become a very nasty situation and I lost the belief on the service of Tata Sky. If no action is being taken, I would definitely file a case in the court against Tata Sky. I demand the installation to be done immediately. You people are really testing your customer's patience.

    To avoid further obligations, please do the needful.

    if u r not showing tenaction + then it is very sad ...........so we have to go for other dth provider who will provider ten action so that i can watch spainesh leagues on that ...............i m very sorry i have on option .................to select tata it will not make my life jingalala ..........

    Dear Consumer court,

    It is my humble request to take strick action towards tata sky customer care due to following reasons:-

    1. The do not listen to the customer with patience.
    2. They even do not speak properly and use words like" abhi kya karega" , "I cannot help" etc.
    3. Complaints are not launched properly and all the executives blame each other.
    4. I had complained 10-12 days back at tatasky Mumbai customer care but it is still not addressed. Each one of their executive says that it is not under me.
    5. Most of the time their executives do not even pick up the call.

    Hope some action is taken against them. Tatas being a reputed firm is loosing face because of the kind of service provided by Tatasky.

    Angry Supid Service of TATA SKY

    I have book a TATA Sky Connection on 07.11.2010 and the Cust service said that I would receive my STB on 12.11.2010 but till today i haven't recd any STB and the TATA sky ppl are not sure of the exact delevry date. More than 4 complaints have been raised against this and no proper action from the Executives. They keep resheduling the installation date. SHAME on your stupid service and is really BAD customer service. No company policy for Customer satisfaction. There is no point in having film stars promoting for a stupid subscriber like this.

    लकिन आज दिनांक 19 नवम्बर तक कोई कार्यावाही नहीं हुईं.मैंने 17 नवम्बर को भी आवेदन किया था जिसका नंबर था-1#8309976736.
    अगर सर्विस नहीं दी गई तो हमारा पैसा वापिस करवाया जाये.

    Default Tata Sky frustating service

    My Tata sky subscriber ID is 1033791565. on 10;th Nov 2010 i have logged a complaint that none of the channel on my Tata sky connection is viewable. Complaint ID is 1-8223672565 So far i have not got any reply from anybody in tata sky. I used to call so called " Tata sky call center" at lesat twice a day. eveytime i get reply that engineer will visit in next 2 hrs. I am awaiting since last 10 days. Not a single channel viewable still my tatasky billing is on. This is really frustating.
    If anybody responsible in tata sky then please read this mail and do something. I am planning to go to consumer court against this.

    my id is 1025822758. i had logged a complaint with reference no. 1-8241500875 on 11/11/2010. every day they are coming with new excuses. nodal office phone no. is dead. they are not responsing any mail too. they are enjoying my balance too. this kind of irresponsible service provider must be punished and banned...........how they can survive without customer satisfaction........please, do something so that in future no can be extorted by this kind of service provider.........

    Default Tata Sky Installation

    Dear All,

    I purchased a new Sony LCD TV last week and thought of taking a new DTH connection for my New TV in Hyderabad.I looked at several options and finally decided for a new Tata Sky DTH connection.I called the Customer care office in Hyderabad and asked for a new connection on 11/12/2010 and through the IVRS system I paid 4,300 for a new connection with Annual pack. They happily took all the details and the amount has been deducted from account and they informed that the installation will be done within 48 hours.I havent received any call from Tatasky executive till 64 hrs.I called them back again on 11/16/2010.The customer care has raised a complaint and said that it will take another 48 hrs to close the case.It has taken more than a week and still the installation is not done.I suggest all the new members who are planning to take a New DTH connection do not opt for Tata sky as this is one of the worst Customer care service I have ever seen. And also one more funny thing for the amount that I paid through IVRS there is no bill that has been sent through Postal or through my mail.So I will not be able to show any proof except my Credit Card statement.

    Overall : The worst Customer care service in hyderabad.Please do not opt for Tata Sky.

    Hello Sir,
    My set top is not working for the past one month. Repeated requests , foll-up calls and e-mails to call center and nodal office at Chennai did not yield any result. It will be of great help, if you could publish this complaint in your web pages. Let the public be aware of the hardships that I face as a TataSky customer.

    From last 3 days i m calling cust care, as my digicom is not working, cust care are saying that they have forwarded the complain to engineers, but as of now no response to my complain. and from last 3 days i have called 3 time to cust care.my tv is not working. Is this the service u provide. is that u say that isko laga dala toh life zinghalala. all bullshit. then finally i called up mumbai headoffice. i talked to a person and logged my complain again after talking to him for 3 mins, suddenly he said that i m not the right person u r talking with. i m the security here!!!. WOW... If anyone calls the head office. security picks up the phone. U really are a good service provider as a scammer. my id is 1041021633
