    Dear all concerned, This is what I have faced while using Tata Sky as primary recreational medium. I live in the hills and as it happens in the hills we have heavy to very heavy rains, sometimes continuous for 4 to 5 days, and during that time the Tata Sky services are not available! Imagine, staying among mountains and not being able to watch TV! So I thought let me talk to the customer care and to my surprise there was no one to talk for any kind of technical support! The one who at last picked up the phone seemed to be an ignorant novice who had no idea to what I was talking about! JHINGALALA!!! Then I logged on to their and lodged a complaint at there complaints help site, and to my amazement there response was to block my organiser button and to let me be without the alert option!!! The moment I clicked the alert button the screen became blue showing nothing! I called on to their customer care again and there again was no response, only making me listen to there MUSIC!!! Last but not the least, whenever I had dialed through my Registered Mobile Number, to there FREE CUSTOMER SERVICES they had cut my money!!! JHINGALALA!!! Now you tell me what to do!!!     Default Your services are very poor

    Hi,

    We have been calling at customer care number from 31st July but we are not getting any proper response. We called that we are shifting to different area but no one turned up so we contacted the tata sky shop at Vaishali Delhi he told us he will relocate and will charge us Rs 350 and the setup was done by him. From 2nd August we have been calling at customer care that my tata sky box is not working properly but finally we received an SMS stating engineer will visit on 6th at 10 :00 but no one turned up,we made a call at 11:00 pm they told us he will reach by 11:30 am again no one turned up, again we called he gave assurance that he is going to reach within some time but again no one turned up. We got an SMS that engineer will reach on 7th August.After receiving the SMS we called customer care again they gave confirmation that he will come today waiting for the engineer to come today.

    I will like to suggest u if u are not able to give the services please stop your services.

    I will make a complaint in consumer court as well if your engineer did not turned up today.

    Default Poor Service of tata sky

    I have tata sky connection, which is creating day to day network problems (no signal), there is no response on the part of customer care even after conplaining very many times. The conection is registered on the Mob No. as specified.....09005025914. Kindly do the needful ASAP......on top priority please to get the issue rectified.

    Default Tata sky compalints

    Hi,

    My subscriber number is 1036464954...My tata sky has not been working since 17th Aug 2010.

    Set top box was giving an error no 2 which was abt digicard error..though now they are having SLA's of 72 hours they did not adhere to SLA and engineer came on 20th Aug afternoon.He came with a old set top box(repaired) and everything was working in front of him ..just after an hour that set top box got dead I was pissed off and raised one more complaints for the same...Now It s dead since 20th Aug and tired of calling tata sky for this..

    Whole Customer supports are bunch of lied people and always dont stick to commitment ...I can named some of those Rama and Rihaan was one of them..

    It s high time I am thinking to go in press for this If they dont respond to my complaints today and want to deactivate my connection as well...

    Dear Sir,

    I booked my TATA SKY on 21.08.2010. I was told it would be delivered by 23.08.2010. But to date it has not been delivered. 3 complaints have been registered by them but no action. Everyday they tell me they will deliver it tomorrow.

    What is this. Am I gonna get my TATA SKY or what or is it dead and gone to heaven.

    There is no one to solve my problem. Even the Sr Executive refuses to give the address of your office. Are you running a racket or what. He cites company policy. What company policy. Bad customer service. SAD. So much for the TATA flagship and Mr. Aamir khan's stint to market the product. Mr. Aamir khan are you listening.

    The helpline numbers cited on your website do not even work.

    Default unreasonable charging

    My customer ID : 1000755544
    Last week the set top box(decoder) stopped working. I lodged a complaint with customer care.
    The service personnel came and replaced the cable. Still no use. Then they told me that the decoder(only 6 months in use) needs to be replaced.. Accordingly they came the next day and reolaced the decoder which went dead exactly after one hour of working. I called customer service and reported the matter. The service personnel visited again and replaced the decoder. But, I have been charged for both decoders at rupees 350 per piece ( total of rupees 700)'.
    Is this what you mean by the famous Tata's 'Fair Trade Practice'? Please explain the logic behind this 'swidling' and arrange to get me the refund of rupees 350 at the earliest.

    Default Tata sky services are getting worst

    This is with your request reference WO no. I-7529394299 and given mobile number of your service team i.e. 09816617802 the engineer has talked non sense with me and not ready to solve the problem. If this problem of 'no signel' is too big to solve that a person can not come from parwanoo then I request you people kindly revert the remaining balance to my account and discontinue the services as I have become fade up with your service team.
    Today Your service engineer was in solan for whole day and I have contacted to him also at 09805322788 he has also given non sense reply and start arguing with me.

    Default not attending the enginers after sms

    this is to bring you the notice that i have complaint about my tata sky not receiving the signal from 10th of sept 2010.

    i have call the customer service executive for the same but he can't help it out ,he told to send the sms at 56633 & type NS.I got the rely quickly but no one calls or no one come to my home for the sdame.

    If such service will continue with us we are not able continue with the tata sky services any more.

    Kindly look into the service immediatly do the needful.

    Unhappy Complain about TATA Sky Set Top Box

    Dear sir/Mam
    As per my Sub. i am not satisfied with TATA SKY Services.. since replacement of the TATA SKY set top box .The replacement of set top box is 3-4 months before. after this replacement with in 2 days again i found the problem in set top box and still i facing this problem.

    The Set Top Box did not work Properly... and nither catch the signal nor display any information.
    I told that many times to local service centre at bhilwara (Rajasthan) . but no result i get from service centre.
    iam totaly distrub due to this matter.
    The contact no. of the Engineer is- 09982340859 . yesterday i call to toll free no. of tata sky and book the complain . after that today he come to my home and he ask to give amount of 350/- for replace the set top box
    but iam already paid this amount when i replace this earlier.

    please consider this matter and take some necessary action.

    Default relocation problem

    Dear sir/Mam
    As per my Sub. i am not satisfied with TATA SKY Services.. since i got TATA SKY set top box I BOOKED FOR TATA SKY RELOCATION on19/08/2010
    AT AROUND 1.OOpm OVER PHONE FOR
    RELOCATION OF TATA SKY SERVICE.
    AS PER THE ADVICE OF THE CONCERNED PERSON PAID CASH Rs.500 IN MY TATA SKY ACCOUNT----(1013514227) IN THE NAME OF Mr. RANDHIR SINGH.
    WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 1 DAY. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND HAVING GIVEN THEM NO OF DEAD LINE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE. THEY SEEM TO BE IN NO MOOD TO DO IT.

    I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND IF NOT INSTALLED .

    THEY MUST DESIST FROM GIVING FALSE DEAD LINES WITHOUT ADHEREING TO IT.

    Default Refund money

    Since 25th our digicomp is not recieving signal and Tatasky engineers have not visired yet. Other Cable operaters send their engineers in half an hour period after complaint. Our valuble Saturday and Sunday has been ruined due to Tatasky. Refund our money as we rather go for another connection which has better services than Tatasky.
