Dear all concerned, This is what I have faced while using Tata Sky as primary recreational medium. I live in the hills and as it happens in the hills we have heavy to very heavy rains, sometimes continuous for 4 to 5 days, and during that time the Tata Sky services are not available! Imagine, staying among mountains and not being able to watch TV! So I thought let me talk to the customer care and to my surprise there was no one to talk for any kind of technical support! The one who at last picked up the phone seemed to be an ignorant novice who had no idea to what I was talking about! JHINGALALA!!! Then I logged on to their and lodged a complaint at there complaints help site, and to my amazement there response was to block my organiser button and to let me be without the alert option!!! The moment I clicked the alert button the screen became blue showing nothing! I called on to their customer care again and there again was no response, only making me listen to there MUSIC!!! Last but not the least, whenever I had dialed through my Registered Mobile Number, to there FREE CUSTOMER SERVICES they had cut my money!!! JHINGALALA!!! Now you tell me what to do!!!
