    We made a recharge of Rs 2300.00 through your vendor Ravi Laser, Sector-14, Faridabad, on 07 Dec 2011.

    Our a/c being shown on T.V does not include the amount.

    Our current recharge is due for renewal on 10 Dec 2011.

    Please credit the a/c with the recharged amount and the admissible bonus and debit for Rajdhani Pack + Free Punjabi pack + English news Pack with effect from 10 Dec 2011.
    kindly confirm the above transactions.

    Default Temporary Suspension Fee

    Why is TataSky charging me for this.
    Tatasky has never offered me anything for free or neither I am liable to pay for anything like that.
    I had selected DTH to pay whenever I ffel like using the services, its not a Government body that it should fine me for non payment of what I dont want to use.
    Its seriously not expected from a brand like TATA.
    You seriously dont care for consumer, only you motive is to make money anyway.
    I seriously don't support this way of treating your consumer.
    So if not taken any action in this case, I might have to choose any other medium to be compensated.

    Default no network from last week

    I am Sudesh Nandeshwar ID No.1018700953 .My Tatasky digicomp have no network from last week.I have checked the cable but it is well connected. Please try as early as possible to resume service.

    Angry I want to launch a complaint against the Tata sky

    DEAR SIR,

    I am a customer of Tata Sky Service in MUMABAI. My TATA SKY ID No is 1029864673 & my registered mobile no 8097970787 by the name of Mr.Hemantkumar R. Yadav.
    I want to launch a complaint against the Tata sky back office and Tata Sky Dealer.Mr. Gupta for not solving the problem and harassing me
    continually
    I purchased my secondary Tata sky setup box from Mr.Gupta. On 6th Dec 2011.three days before i launched a complaint "that my secondary set top box in not
    receiving signals" at Tata Sky customer care. Since then they are giving me
    assurity that they will solve my problem well the same evening. They gave me
    several SMS in this concern. But after giving quite 20 to 30 calls they are
    still not in mood to solve this problem.

    Mr. Gupta represent to us as an employ of Tata Sky . As per my last exp. the Tata sky Brand name is enough for me for believes so I give order to Mr. Gupta for my secondary Tata Sky connection. As per the conversation took place between me & Mr. Gupta it was decided that I will be not charge any single amount from my Tata sky A/C. the amount will be given in cash and if any amount is charged in my Tata sky A/C than Mr. Gupta will do the respective payment so have paid the Rs.1,500/- to Mr. Gupta.
    Inspite of the payment we have been charge Rs.125 On 20-12-2011, Rs.600 On 26-12-2011. So it comes to a total charge of Rs: .and now I am fedup about your service because I did not gave any req. for any new dish but than to they changed my dish and charged me for it in my A/C. During changing of dish time I ask to engineer about new dish charges he told me it is free of charge but after that I was charged for new dish.
    New secondary Tata sky box price in market only Rs.1,000/- & I’m getting charge of Rs: 2250 [1,500 which is paid in cash to dealer + 725charges in my A/C]
    After this I have made 5 complaints to customer care.

    Default not responding from customer care

    DEAR SIR,

    I am a customer of Tata Sky DTH Service . from 4th october 2011 i launched a complaint "that my set top box in not
    recieving signals " at tatasky customer care many times. Since then they are giving me
    assurity that they will solve my problem well the same evening. But after giving quite 30 to 50 calls they are still not in view of solving the problem.

    I need to launch a complaint against the District office and Tata Sky Dealer
    for not solving the problem and harrasing me

    Sir i like Make to know to you That our Package is Super Saver pack and in this i have add it some extra English Movie Channels and the the channels name is MGM ,T.C.M AND W.B and BBC Entertainment and many other has been added but still sir i have to pay each and every month the cost of 300 and i get it only for 20 to 25 days why sir is there any solution for this package so i can pay it less and it goes until a month i mean to say to you that i like to pay in less but, the subscription will at least a Month from Recharging date to finishing date of the balance so here is my Sub I.D Number is:-1012495709 so sir could you do any thing so i have to pay it on next Recharge in to Super Saver Pack so i need it some Less Amount so i can pay it in my own budget so in like this way i can watch it my Tata Sky in Low Cost the Cost which i can pay in Low Amount or other wise i have to choose another Channel of Dish T.V because some time you Tata Sky peoples are not helping me in this situation because i need to watch the channels but i like to pay it in less and cheapest way . And sir here is my contact number so we can make an discuss to make it as same package but i should pay at Low price like now days you peoples are advice to take it the only package which will be very nice in to pay it as your make my Package .

    Default Very Very Bad Customer Service

    Dear Customer Service,

    Few Days Ago I received a very horrible customer service from one of your associate.

    Problem occurs when i ordered a new connection for one of my friend. Everything was going fine, however when the person so called "Pandit Ji Maharaj" came to us to install the connection, everything went wrong.

    First of all I would like to inform you that he doesn't have the manner to talk to the customer(s). He talked very rudely to us. Secondly I asked him to give us some more wire, he said I can't give you that, even when he had extra wire with him. He gave us duplicate cell for the remote which expires on the second day.

    I would like to say that right now I am a very very unsatisfied customer. I do have already 2 connections of tata sky. You may get the details using my Moblie numer# +919695260163. The address where I recommed my friend to install the Tata Sky is mentioned Below.

    Complaint against TATA SKY Customer service and agent.

    One bad day( 03/04/2012) i was watching TV, and suddenly my TATASKY got dosconnected and gave error: ur digicomp is not recieving signal. i checked out and found that my neighbor had same issue 2 days back and just 15min back it got resolved.
    And the worst thing was they connected their connection to my dish Tv as all our society's dish tv are installed on roof of building.
    Now because of TATA SKY'S fault i had to raise a complain to help desk. they say u get call in 2 hours but i dint got any call for 24hrs unless i called helpdesk again. Finally one executive called and i explained him the story and iam sure was the one who did that cross connection blunder. He very casualy told me ok i will come at 5 PM. later at 5, since i was busy, i asked my wife to coordinate with him. He didnt only spoke to her rudely but said today i will not come and cut the phone. My wife called him multiple times but he always disconnected and sends an sms saying " i am unable to take ur call now, call u later." Once my wife told me this i also tried but he disconnected again and later switched off his phone.
    Frustrated me when i called helpdesk, i got shocked when they told me that ur ticket is closed stating that my number was unable to reach. This is riduculous and hight of fooling customer. when i asked helpdesk to write a complain and tell me the executives nanme, they said we dont have details and just raised another request.
    Thsi is sheer harrasment and rude behavior by tatasky agent to female customer.
    Please help me in identifying those black sheeps in this company so that people like me dont face similar situations.

    Default Tatasky representative has not come from1 week

    We bought a new TV and Tata Sky connection 1 week back. However, even after repeated calls, tatasky representative has not yet come. Also, when we call they give fake reasons like 1) Your phone was not reachable (landline number was given) 2) Your Home was locked (someone from family is always at home).

    my name is vinay chaudhary customer id is 1069775169. Actully i m facing signal problem in my tata sky set top box from 20th april by 18:00hrs i filed a complaint against it at 22:20 i had word wis dharmesh he told me u will recieve a call by 21st april by 1200hrs but i didnt recieved any call then i gave a again to customer service by 1330hrs VIKAS told me that u will a call in two hrs from our feild team. i waited till 1600hrs I had a word NEELAM(spacialiesed desk) she told me that " i make ensure that u will recieve a technical support by 11:30 22nd april. in this mean while i had word with your feild head Mr. HARPREET he told me that you will recieve feild technician by evening if u want to file a complaint do that but it will be done at time what we want. Than i had a word with SAPNA (SUPER SPECIALISED DESK). she also told me the same as harpreet did..
    so its lyk that what i think tata sky had worst customer supprt what i think i hav almost three connection in total of tata sky i will make sure that they will get removed and i will buy some other. And will make sure peaple who are in my contact should not buy tata sky.
    I KNOW I WILL WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY REVERT FROM YOUR SIDE..

    Default Very Poor and substandard service from Tata Sky

    Hi,

    tata sky after sales service is very poor. after installation, either they will not come if you complain or send a sub standard engineer who will not be able to fix the problem. if they dont want to send the engineer then they will update in the complain that customer phone is unreacheable. therefore, I strongly recommend people to not to buy tata sky.

    Since more than a week we were unable to view the channels of Tata sky in the night. When we first called and complained to their customer 'care' center we got a prompt visit the following day and the technician said that our problem was fixed. But the same night the problem got worse and so did our situation with Tata Sky complaints. Since then we have been calling them frequently daily to complain and they keep sending different technicians to 'fix' the problem, each more incompetent than the other and we kept checking if there would be any charges and they said it was FREE. Finally, one of the technician told us that our set-up boxes have to be changed to which there would be no charges, so we got it done. Suddenly, the same day, we got a message from them saying Rs. 125 was deducted from our account for visit charges. That was not it. Then we get another message saying we have to pay Rs 336/- towards the set up boxes.

    We started making more calls to them to know why they didnt mention this to us before. All we were told by the customer care that our complaint has been forwarded and we will get a call from them soon. But no one did anything about it and no one took the responsibilty for payment troubles caused to their customers. But our troubles didnt end there. Since we were not getting anywhere with Tata Sky and our deadline for payment had come up we had no option but to make a payment of Rs 501/-. The moment we did that, along with the Rs 336/- they deducted Rs 125/- again for their visit which they had already done the 1st time and now a fresh nonsense of communication has begun with them which is leading no where.

    They have a proper system when it comes to deducting or charging the customer immediately. NO ONE AT CUSTOMER CARE INFORMS US ANYTHING ABOUT THE PAYMENTS, IF ANY, AND ONCE WE RECHARGE, THEY AUTOMATICALL KEEP DEDUCTING FROM OUR ACCOUNT. But when it comes to refunding our money, they just dont address this issue and all they do is keep passing the buck to different departments and customers suffer eventually. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE AT ALL AS ALL THEY DO IS LISTEN TO OUR COMPLAINTS. ARENT THEY SUPPOSED TO HAVE ANSWERS TO OUR PROBLEMS WITH THEM?? WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT, SHOULD'NT THEY IMMEDIATELY REFUND OUR AMOUNT. IS IT NOT CHEATING, THAT IF THEIR OWN TECHNICIAN IS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE TO SEND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN, SHOULD THE CUSTOMER BE PENALISED FOR IT AND PAY FOR THEIR EVERY VISIT???
