Dear Sir,
I had bought new digital tv set on June 30th 2009. On July 1st or 2nd I
recharged my account and added three top ups. However, by the mistake of
your customer care executive one top up was selected for 1 year due to which
my balance got negative. Later, I called customer care no. to resolve the
matter and was assured that the same will be done. But nothing was done.
Again I registered complaint and again i received message that problem is
resolved but still nothing was done. Then around July 8th or 9th my services
were suspended. When I contacted customer care for clarification a new
service request was generated for the same issue third time and was given a
Turn Around Time till 16th July. On 15th again I received message that the
complaint has been resolved but still my balance is negative and my services
are still not started. Again I called customer care and again a new service
request for the same issues has been generated with Turn Around Time till
July 22nd.

Sir, I really wonder what kind of resolution of one simple complaint is
being made. Since last 10 days I am without TV entertainment. I have
registered same complaint 4 times and all the times I received message that
it has been resolved even without resolving it. I bought DTH to experience
better services. However, now I sincerely feel that a CABLE WALA's services
are better than yours. Atleast a problem is resolved by them within few
hours and we don't have to wait for so many days without TV. I have lost
all my faith in Airtel Customer Care and Airtel itself.

I feel that Airtel is just befooling customers and customer care center is
just a useless thing who really don't have any solution to customers
problem.

I request you to resume my services from immediate effect or else to return
me the money that I have paid for set top box and recharge coupon i.e.
Rs.2000/- so that I can buy Tata Sky which sure seems to be more customer
friendly.
