    Default Airtel DTH

    I am having Airtel DTH connection.
    My Customer Id is 3000642764.
    Contact no is 9871795963.

    on 25th July 2009 i have booked an order for Relocation of my DTH, That
    reinstallation of the DTH at my new home is done on the very next day
    i.e. 26th July.

    On the very next day (i.e. 27th July)i have tried to change the package
    for my connection, but Customer care Executive told me that my
    earlier Order of Relocation is still showing pending status.So i was
    told to wait for next 24 hours.

    On the same day (27th July)from evening onwards my TV has started
    showing me that There is no signal, So for it i tried calling Customer
    care and they have made a complaint, ref no 880257, and told me that it
    will be solved within next 48 hours(i.e. by 29th July). BUT THERE IS
    NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW.

    On Tuesday (28th July) i have again tried calling customer care for
    changing the package and once again i was told the same story by
    executive that you Order for relocation is not updated yet so they cant
    process the new Order.and They again made another complaint, ref no
    881935,for this problem. and i was told that it will be resolved by
    30th July.BUT THERE IS NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW.

    As still both of the complaints were yet to resolved i tried calling
    customer care on the eve of 30th July, and they again came up with the
    saying that it will be solved with in two days and made a new complain
    again, ref no. 881935. and there is no progress at all

    I am just fed up of listening the same answer again and again.Moreover i
    have been deducted for Rs 10.15/- every day from my account balance and
    i am not at all viewing the channels.

    Myself Ramesh Akkireddy, “Customer Id-3001351072” recently on 28/08/09 purchased a Airtel Recharge voucher of Rs.500/- “Sr.no-2090830500245730”in Raigarh (CG) when I tried to recharge it thru SMS I got reurn SMS saying that “NO DEFAULT CONFIRGURED” next I tried to recharge thru IVR & same problem repeated saying that “VOUCHER U R USING FOR CURRENT TRANSACTION IS INVALID”.& Lastly tried to recharge thru Online ,there also my problem was not resolved.I repeatedly did above transaction for near about 30-35 & called on to costumer care near about 22 times.
    When I called to customer care ever time they used to give me reference numbers,& evenly I used to get SMS that “YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED”,& when I tried to recharge still the same problem continued,finally I talked to a Team Leader he told me that your Voucher is valid as on date,u pls return this voucher to the dealer where It was purchased.when Iwent to the dealer ,he refused to take it back.The dealer mob:09425250831,07762223831 (Mr.Balvinder Singh - Punjab Electronics)-Raigarh (CG).
    Dear sir please consider it as serious & solve my problem at the earliest

    Regarding your complaints you just have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. to get any solution on Company level.

    Thumbs down airtel dth service complaint

    I am airtel digital tv user from last 3 months; my customer ID is 3001265594.
    I am facing strange problem from last two days. I am getting the massage on tv screen that my card is not valid and error no.6.
    I have been contacting on your toll free no. for complaint (no.1444496) of the same from two days but nothing besides the normal trouble shooting exercise; and my daily deduction is also going on.
    Till now not single call from your side.
    Now some questions arrases in my mind:
    Is this the quality of your service?
    Why should I use your service further? Justify.
    And who will responsible for spoiled weekend of my family?
    Hopping positive response from your side soon.

    Default AIRTEL DTH Connection Installation - Reg

    Hi,

    I am Kannan Raghupathy. I live in KK Nagar, Chennai Area. I have applied for the Airtel DTH connection along with Airtel Broadband (Internet Connection) on 7th December 2009. I gave all the supporting documents on the dame day including the ICICI Bank Cheque in the name of Bharti Airtel Ltd (Rs. 1000.00, Cheque No 050271 ) and Bharti Telemedia (Rs.999.00, Cheque No 050272).

    I got my Broadband connection after following them for more than 8 days. But I am yet to get my Airtel DTH connection (Digital TV) and its been more than 20 days since my Cheque got cleared. When I called the Airtel Associate, I am not getting a proper response and they are also not ready to communicate anything to me. I called them each every day to get my DTH connection but still no luck. I have made two complaints (First one on 24th December '09 and the second one on 26th December '09) to the Airtel DTH customer care number and gave all my details. They said, they will get back to me regarding this in 24 hours and still they haven't get back to me. And one more thing is they are not giving any complaint number also since I am not a registered customer with them (That's the reason I got from customer care people).

    The first complaint I made with the Supervisor named Praveen and the second complaint I made with the Supervisor named Sri Hari. Both of them got all my information like my door number, cheque details and the Airtel Associate details.

    The guy who took the application from me is not picking up my calls. The associate details are as follows:
    Moon Kiran Tele-Tech,
    6/32, Hindu Prachara Sabha Street,
    F.No.D-3, Anand Shri Appts,
    T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017.


    The last response I got from those people was, my Cheque is cleared from my account but it is not reflecting in their CitiBank Account. How come? I have been talking to a guy called Moorthy (+91 98942 51158) for last 4 days who is working for Airtel and he is the one who gave me this kind of response and yesterday he said that, he will make a complaint on behalf of me to the Airtel DTH and get the complaint number. He hasn't get back to me yet.

    I don't know what to do in regard. Is this the way Airtel treat customers?

    I would like someone to take severe action on the above mentioned associate as well as on the Airtel people. I am totally frustrated and exhausted after calling them each and every day with no result.

    I am attaching my mini ICICI bank statement where you can see the Airtel Transaction for the above mentioned Cheque numbers.

    Please do the needful ASAP.

    Thumbs down Airtel DTH Poor Service

    Hi,
    I've purchased Rs.999/- offer for post paid mobile users. I transacted over the IVR for the said amount and got a Transaction id. This happened on 28th Dec 2009. However until today i haven't received my customer id, neither did they install the unit in my premises. I've used multitude of services, this byfar is the worst service ever that i'm trying to attempt. I'm a post paid subscriber for the past 7 years and this is what i get for the loyalty. I pity those folks whoz trying for Airtel DTH coz if the service is this bad even before we receive it, then i can only dream of a good service once i have DTH. Until today i've made numerous calls to their customer service to no avail, speaking with 3 supervisors. Also escalated the same to the nodal officer to no avail yet. Can anyone suggest me a different route to get this resolved, probably how to get a refund for the money i paid?

    Dear Sir

    I was a Dish TV customer last 5 years . Expected better service I have switched over to Airtel DTH and now I am feeling tht I made a mistake ?

    Airtel DTH connection installation done on 10/1/11 with DVR. Last one month few channels are not getting due to Dish misalignment

    Several times (last 3 weeks) continuously complaining to your customer care office request no given as 6865002 and they had given contact phone no: chennai technician also as 9677097948

    Last 3 weeks everyday I was calling this person, he never attended my call. This is wasting my time and giving so much irritation also
    I never expected such a poor service from Airtel

    My company 6 nos mobile, Lan no: all are in Airtel. I am disappointed now hence if you are not taking any action on my complaint I will switch over to some oher DTH and I will tell all known friends that Airtel giving very poor service……………………… ?????

    i have relocate dto chennai and i made numoros calls to airtel for fixing the dish tv.but so far nobody has come
