    I have Airtel DTH connection at my Chnnai residence. Since last 1 yr. I am facing issue with Signal. Many time it shows " No Signal" whenever there is mild drizzling signal will go off.

    My native is in Western Ghat where normally use to be heavy rain but I nevr face such issue. Being a metro city there is very poor service.

    Whever I use to ragister complaint response is very arogant and non supportive. I paid their engineer Rs. 100 a week before to fix issue but still continued. When I tried to book complaint they are not rady to book complaint.

    thay are not disclosing wethr their is issue from transmission??? If being industrial leader Airtel is having such service and infra seriously all customer has to relook for their association.

    Thumbs down Airtel non sense

    I am Pramod from Jhunjhunu ,Rajasthan,registered Mob No-9414023337.
    On 24th Oct-11 I requested to customer helpline for relocation my Airtel Digital TV. Got no response from the Airtel side after the complaint.
    Again I have registered one more complaint for “No Signal” problem to customer helpline on 25th Oct-11 & got SMS that problem will be resolved by tomorrow, but no service engineer visited my home, not event called me .

    Again I have registered one more complaint for “No Signal” problem to customer helpline on 26 th Oct-11 & got SMS that problem will be resolved by tomorrow, but the same case was this time also.

    On 27th of Oct-11 Morning again I explained all issues to Senior Help Line he assured me that problem will be resolved today evening. But no one has come to attend the same.

    Recently I spoke to Nodal Officer Rajasthan Ph. No. 01414411822 on 1st and 3rd Nov-11 & requested to resolve “No Signal” problem which we are facing since 24th Oct-11.He also assured that problem will be resolved tomorrow positively.i have waited till now for Airtel engineer or feedback from Airtel,no action has been taken till now. For such small thing i have already reached to so many peoples, Instead of getting service i got only harassment, negligence & a bad service experience which i would never forget. Please do something against it.

    Please do the needful as I got assurance from every person I hope you will take action against it.
