    Default Reliance Big TV Online recharge not reflecting

    To Whom It May concern
    ------------------------------------

    I would like to state that I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through ICICI Net banking on 20th July 2009 1830 Hrs for Rs 200/- (Subscriber ID 200648533960). But the same has not credited till date. The Transaction ID is BDH20072009191 and Impact ID 1308909537.

    I have already called your Customer Care centre atleast 10 times (Complaint No. 105043793 104999888)
    and they have not address my problem till yet.Everytime I get a deadline of 2 to 4 hrs from them.

    Please resolve my concern immediately.

    Hope to get a quick response.

    Dear sir,
    We are in receipt of the Legal Notice for the Outstanding for our Account No.
    100000108873794.
    We are very much surprised to receive such notice, though the Modem & Dish has been
    duly received back by Reliance, & we have been informed that the outstanding has
    been duly written off agaisnt our claim of refund due to non working of Internet
    from 28/08/2008 till cancellation of connection.

    Now, is this the Reliance's policy to harrace the client by sending notices &
    ignoring the customers Complaints. You can go through our record that though the
    internet was not working we have paid the bills with the hope that the internet will
    work and at last as no officer was able at Reliance to give explanation for non
    solution of our complaint and no body has visited our premises to solve the
    complaint, issuing notices is of which policy?

    For your reference we are attaching our letter sent to your office and mails
    forwarded as below.

    We request you to kindly reverse the notice immediately.

    I would like to state that I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through ICICI Net banking on 1st February 2010 @ 13:30 Hrs for Rs 291/- (Subscriber ID : 200667806783). But the same has not credited till date. The Transaction Reference Number is BIL/000139790235.

    I have already called your Customer Care centre atleast 5 times and they have not address my problem till yet.Everytime I get a deadline of 2 to 4 hrs from them.

    Please resolve my concern immediately.

    Default BIG TV recharge not reflecting balance and DTH service suspended

    I would like to state that I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through ICICI Net banking on 24th Feb 2010 1030 Hrs for Rs 1005/- (Smart Card No. 200592579610). But the same has not credited till date. The Transaction IDs are 000143244116 (Rs 500/-), 000143245144 (Rs 500/-), 000143253011(Rs5/-).
    I have already called BIG TV Customer Care centre No. 18002009001 atleast 5 times (Complaint No. 120446826, but the complaint was closed without resolving the issue) and mailed to CustomerCare@bigtv.co.in as well.
    But they have not addressed my problem till yet. Everytime I get a deadline of 24 hrs from them.
    Each time they treat it as a fresh case and provide me 24 Hrs deadline. I have talked to their senior also but her response was no different.
    My Big TV DTH services has been suspended since 26/02/2010 due to no balance while i have already paid Rs.1005/-.
    Please resolve my concern immediately. I feel very much harassed with such an apathy shown by BIG TV customer care.

    Default Very Bed DTH service Reliance BIG TV

    I, Gaurav Garg having reliance big tv dth card no.200615409515 since 2008. On 22/010/2009 i have recharged my dth service by 1500/- for 1 year bronze pack. At the same time there was a scheme in that scheme i should be benefited by 10 % cash back in my account, i did not get the same and my bronze pack have converted into value pack. I launch complaint at big tv toll free no. i.e. 18002009001 after several attempt i able to connect with bigtv toll free and i complained regarding bronze pack and 10% cash back to executive and they said it’s our fault and we will convert as soon as possible but till today they did not convert my pack into bronze pack and did not provide 10% cash money in my account. I had called 20 to 30 times but they did not solve this problem. But they debit rs. all- from my account and account was in negative when i call to customer care again they said plz recharge your account by minimum 150/- and then you call and launch new complaint then i recharged my account by 150/- in April 2010 and called to customer care and they made a complain and said we will solve this problem within 2 days but nothing is done. Again i called then they said your complain was closed and launched a new complained and the executive was Mr. Amandeep on 5th june, 2010 and the complain number was 125289277. But no response and again i have recharged my account by 200/- on 12th June, 2010.

    So i request please take need full action against complaint.

    Reliance big tv online recharge not reflecting . I would like to state that lI had recharged my reliance big tv account through ICICI net banking on 24jun2010 at 0730a:m for Rs 200/- Subcriber ID 200675413654 But the same has not credited till date.

    Angry Reliance Big TV- Taking charges for Free channels also why?

    In Reliance Big TV you can see Durdarshan and all other nation channels. But Reliance take charges for all free national channels why?
    It's a cheating with customer.

    Default BIG TV Nodal officer

    Hello Customer Care Member,

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Big TV DTH customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    I have already called your Customer Care centre atleast 3 times
    and they have not address my problem till yet.Everytime I get a deadline of 2 to 4 hrs from them.

    i report that, I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through state bank of india Net banking on 4th October 2010 10:00 Hrs for Rs 500/- (Subscriber ID 200725679603). But the same has not credited. The Transaction ID is .

    Hi,

    The above mentioned complain number which I have registered on 1st of June 2011 for Re-Installation of Big TV on my new address, C-2/7, 2nd Floor, Acharya Niketan, Gali #2, Mayur Vihar – Ph – I, New Delhi – 110091 however company TAT is only 48 hrs and now it’s more than 7 times of 48 hrs and I didn’t received even a call and response from Big TV side. I have called more 60 times to your customer care no. and I didn’t get any satisfactory answer. They are just making me fool that “Solving me chal rahi hai”, Jalad se Jalad Ho jayega, 24 hrs me Lag jayega, apko dubara phone nahi karna padega and many more. I am literally fed with the same repetitive excuses
