Reliance Big TV Online recharge not reflecting

    d/s my relinance big smart card no 200587975771. I have recharged the big tv account through net banking on 27/10/2011 for Rs.500.00. But till now my account is suspended whereas my bank account has been debited for Rs.500.00. When I have complained through customer care, they have insisted me to produce the receipt no. But unfortunately I have not noted the receipt no. and now I can not trace it from net or from my bank account. For the time being I have again recharged again for Rs.200.00 on 28/10/2011. Please help.

    report that, I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through Phone reacharge center near by miyapur on 20st Novenber 2012 7:00 pm for Rs 158/- (Subscriber ID 200636132727). But the same has not credited. The Transaction ID is .

    I had called your customer care toll free numbers on the same day but they could not trace my transaction whereas my recharge successful transfer to reliance id .

    Please resolve my concern immediately.

    Default Reliance Big Tv recharge issue

    Dear Concern

    I Had purchased Reliance Big Tv and my smart card no: 200605466681 and when i am trying to recharge its showing message unable to Recharge. When i contacted customer care they are saying the account is terminated so again buy new connection.

    How can it be i had invested money and bought Reliance Big Tv and how can you terminated the connection without my knowledge or without giving any information if not using from six months its my wish that i will recharge when i wish.

    Im not interested in buying new connection and i want my old connection(Reliance Big Tv and my smart card no: 200605466681) to be activated as early as possible.
    Kindly look into the matter and solve at the earliest.

    I would like to state that I had recharged my Reliance Big TV account through HDFC Net banking on 14th December 2012 1143 Hrs for Rs 4989/- (Smart Card No. 200570616164). But the same has not credited till date.
    My Big TV DTH services has been suspended due to no balance while i have already paid Rs.4989/- SMART CARD PAIRING ERROR. The reliance BIG TV smart card inserted does not belongs to this set top box.

    Please resolve my concern immediately. I feel very much harassed with such an apathy shown by BIG TV customer care.

    Hope to get a quick response.
