I MADE COMPLAINT TWICE. REF. 1-45230915 DT. 28.07.09, 1-4592079O DT. 29.07.09. IT WAS TOLD TO THE CUST. CARE OFFICER RAHUL, MR. VENU THAT WE AREA WORKING COUPPLE AND CAN GET THE THINGS DONE AFTER 7.00 PM. THEY ARE CALLING IN OFFICE HOURS AND TELLING WE ARE REACHING YOR HOME. IF WE EXPLIN, THEY ARE MISBEHAVING THE ENGINEERS NAMES ARE DEEPAK, DHEERAJ. I THINK THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAMES OF TATA GROUP.

Tara sky has no control over their so called mafia engineers, I faced the same today calling them after receiving their contacts with complaint no, he said he was not in a mood to come so far to my place today and will come after 3 days when he has atleast 3 calls in the same area. Disgusting. A company like Tata doing this.

My latest slogan for tata sky is isko laga dala to life tentionwala because last two months I am not receiving any t.v. serial channels i.e. all the star T.V. except news , colours, sony, sab, Zee except news . Initially I thought it is rain problem but when rain vanishes the problem is still on. if any problem in tv or set top box then why the all news channels are viewing fine. therefore you are requested to solve my problem within 24 hrs and please note i am not going to pay any charges /fees for the same.otherwise i will swithchover to any other good services available in the market. please do the needful and oblige.
