    Angry Airtel DTH worst service

    Customer ID 3005567260. I have removed HD TOP UP add on & added HD TOP UP PLUS. But though confirmed by call center that it has been done; Nothing done actually. And double money are being deducted. Actually HD Plus is HD top up + extra channels. Also games has been activated without my information.

    Even after complaining to call center to rectify around 10 days back, same story is repeated. I want all my extra money deducted must be credited. Moreover customer care are just a bluff center, as they always said false things. Also I cannot do any modifications from my profile in the net.

    Angry Non-Installation for Airtel DTH

    On Saturday, 23rd July, 2011 i Ordered for new Airtel DTH for my office, I made payment Online, till today noone has came for installation, there is no number to call and ask them. i tried to book again again new connection online with new numbers so that i could get call from them and whe i tell them my issue, they just ask me to hold and call gets disconnected everytime. i i called many times to there customer care number "North Hub : 0124 4448080" many times they just assure me that within 24 hrs installation will be done, but of no use. i tried to send email on "digitalTV@airtel.in" too, i got reply once, one call from them again they assured me that they are forwarding my request to concern department but till today i'm waiting......and just waiting....
    i'm sending them email everyday but no reply from their side. i didn't expect this from Airtel.

    i requet you to please do something.
