    Default tata sky - horrible service !!!

    hi,

    i booked a tata sky on 7th sep 2011. the dish and box was installed on 8th sep. i bought this using credit card online and the executive told me that installation and activation was free and i had to pay rs 2599 and avail one month of subscription free. immediately after the installation the engineer told me that i have to wait for a day to get my connection done. he said there was some server problem.

    next day a man from tata sky calls up and tell me to pay for the installation, else i would not get the connection through. this is horrible. telling something before sales and not honouring their words after sales.

    written an e mail to them. the service request numbers alloted to me are 1-11390082463 and 1-11398134795.

    Now Tatasky has started to take a fee of Rs.10/ when the customer has not activated his account after it has got deactivated.The customer has every right to activate the account when he needs.Why they are unneccessarily charging like this? I am frustrated with these policy of tata sky.They did not mention anything about this fees when I bought it.

    Any update on this ? I am also facing the same issues. from last 8-9 days i am not able to view tatasky and those idiots are not responding. I am not sure how to proceed further and take legal action. Please do let me know your hands are not empty now. We need to teach them a lesson. After taking money from customers if they are not ready to provide service they will have to pay.

    So many times I send E-Mails to you that my Favorite channel Amritha has been disconnected.But you are not taking any action in this matter till now.I am also point out you that you also disconnect Dooradarshan (Malayalam Channel. Why are you cheating Tata Sky Customers this way. I am send a Registered Post to you today. I am eagerly waiting your reply.

    Tata Sky I.D..1008630913 Respected Sir, I am a customer of Tata sky Cable connection for last 4 years. I recharged Rs.300/= for 20 days . I am sorry to inform you that you have disconnect AMRITHA TV channel. Why do you disconnect Amritha Channel?. I am living in Kerala . In Kerala Malayalam channels are liked malayalees. Not other language. We dont want urdu, kannada , Tamil, etc...we like malayalam channels. In Kerala so many cable network are available..Asianet, Dish. Reliance,etc..They all gave so many malayalam channels of low cost. Your cable connection only giving Surya, asianet, asianet news, kiran, and amritha. But you disconnected Amritha. WHY? If you not reconnect Amritha channel with in 2 hours I am force to think to continue Tatasky cable network. I am eagerly waiting for your quick action with this matter. He also agree that shortly Tata sky will clear the Technical Problem and reconnect Amritha Channel. But I am sorry to inform you that after 5 days back The complaint not rectified. I am not received Amritha Channel. So I am not happy to your service.In this circumstances I once again Remind you please reconnect Amritha Channel Immediately.Otherwise send a mail showing what is the reason why you not reconnect Amritha Channel?.     One of the most unprofessional unit of Tata Group.
    How can they spoil the name of Tata with such a horrible and most unprofessional service.
    Call center people are just paid to say sorry ! sorry ! sorry !

    Jockers ! do not have any right or solutions.

    Tata sky takes advance payment just because it know , that people will not pay one they see their service.

    Taking a connection from Tata Sky means , appointing one person just to interact with Tata Sky and resolve problems.

    Today 7th May 2012,
    From pas two days my connection is not wroking.
    Today I launched a complain -1-4248515056 morning 10.14 am.
    The Professional (so called ) people informed me that some Engg. will call me in TWO hours and take appointment for rectifiing the problem .
    NOW appx at 16.30 hrs ,
    I get a message Id 1037858808 to get deactivated.
    I called up and Few PREOFESSIONAL (SO CALLED)
    Mr Mansoor, Mr Ronald kept on discussion with me for more thatn 30 minutes.

    Their SENOUR manger - Mr Vijay Rajan refused to come and talk to me ,
    Saying he is busy with Conference !!

    HE FEELS ASHAMED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER !
    FROM WHERE HE GETS HIS SALARY !!

    SHAME ! SHAME !!

    Have some respect fot the TATA lagecy and stop this business , because you cant serve people !

    How can a international comany like SKY - deal with such unprofessional group.

    Default Re installation at Khanda Colony New Panvel not done till now

    I jaspal Singh Gaidu Account id 1000948610 shifted from dadar mumbai to khanda colony on 12th may 2012 and requested to reinstallataion but till dat 18th may no response from them they keep talking and saying work will be done definately in two day so many calls to customer care but result same .
