    Ihave digital services of airtel.it is not working since four days(error code B001) . we made several complaints but it is unattended.
    Your Kota service head Mr.Sanjay Mishra is not taking the matter seriously.
    Complaint was lodged on 30/06/2011 through cc, ref no.9563321 for "video problem".
    message recieved is that problem is resolved.
    Inspite of contacting your local Kota(rajasthan) office, no proper respose was recived.
    Company like Airtel is doing this type of thing!!!!!!!!! Its. Shameful.
    Service Head should look into the matter immediately & its a humble request from a customer that "Please keep professional & dedicated staff".
