    Default TATA SKY Complaint

    Dear Sir,

    I am an existing user of TATA Sky DTH with user ID 1000160422. I had renovation of my house in which the location of televisions were shifted for which a lodged a request on TATA Sky customer care on 24.06.2011 with complaint ID being SR2406110584652. Subsequently a technician visited our house on 25.06.2011 at 2030 hrs and we showed him the location. He said that since it is late he would come back again in the morning to which we agreed. on 26.06.2011, the technician again visited our house at 1000hrs and asked that we should fetch a carpentar as otherwise lot of mess would be created. We asked him to wait for some time but he said that he will attend to another call and return back in an hour. We arranged for the carpentar but the technician never returned. This carpentar was sitting at our house all these days charging Rs. 500.00 per day. To our shock our complaint was shown as attended and was closed on website.

    We again lodged a complaint but with no response. After lot of chasing we could get in touch with a service center of TATA Sky "Video Vision". On 29.06.2011, Mr Ravi took the complaint on No. 9229162209 and assured that a technician would soon visit but nobody came in the day. On 30.06.2011, Mr. Abraham took complaint and assured that a person would reach home in 2 hours but anyhow, technician reached my house at 1630 hours. He said that since it is going to take longer time at my place they would attend to a small complaint in viscinity are return back shortly but never returned. At 1900 hours, I called on 9229162209 and could talk to Ms. Swati who said that Mr. Ramesh was deputed to our house and we should contact him on 9826974680. I called up Mr. Ramesh and he said that I should call Mr. Satish on 9229162207. I called up Mr. Satish and he said that I should call Mr. Babulal on 9179386102. I called up Mr. babulal and he said that he has reached home and could not come, so I should call Mr. Ram on 9201125026. Mr. Ram never responded to our calls. I called up Ms. Swati again and she transferred tha call the Mr. Pramod, who in turn assured speedy installation the next day i.e. today on 01.07.2011 but today when I called Mr. Pramod is on leave.

    Meanwhile, on 30.06.2011, I lodged a Complaint on 02066006633 and could talk to Mr. Parth at about 1945hours. I explained him everything but he showed his helplessness as he was a person from Call Center but he assured that somebody would get in touch with me soon, which nobody did.

    On 01.07.2011, I called up Mr. Abraham again and he said that he will depute someone. At 1530 hours I called him again but in place of understanding my problem and being apologetic, he started abusing me. And after I had enough, I asked him to remove all his gadgets and refund my money he said that he is running a service center and I should get in touch with those who sold me the Digicom.

    My Problems were there because:
    1) TATA have offloaded the job to different people like Call Centers and Service Centers but there is no representative of TATA. Even if he is there, there is no contact number of his.
    2) I kept a Carpenter sitting idle for 5 days at just the will of a technician and I paid him all the time.
    3) The harassment and abuses I had to suffer from Mr. Abraham due to non-presence of a Company's (TATA) represntative.

    I used to believe that the name TATA stands for some surety/dignity and used to consider the Company as my Ideal but this experince has shattered me and I feel it is just again a Corporate Culture.

    Exclamation Harrasment

    Dear sir,

    This is to inform you that iam existing customer of Tata Sky with subscriber ID No-1044729620 in the name of Esakky Muthu,last 6 days iam facing a problem with tata Sky HD digicom.I have launched the complaint on 30/10/11 still nobody come and sorted out my problem.They everytime committ me that they will do the needful by evening time still iam waiting for their evening to come.

    The Local dealer which is situated at Kalyan west whose Team leadr is Mr.Manoj Gupta,i had spoken to his member but always they give fake committment,just i would like to narrate today incident,one of the service engineer called me up in the evening time whose number is 8237404448 and told me that he is going to reach my premises within halfan hour ot time,but after 2 hr when i called hime up he again told me he will be there within 30 min,after 1 hr of time again i called him manier time he did'nt pick up my phone atleast i have called him up minimum 15 times he didn't respond me and atlast he switched off his mobile.

    This i was not expected from tatasky if this is the case for coming days to come it is going to be hard time for tatasky in future.

    This is my sincere request kindly do the needful in sorting out this problem,take action on him,so that in future nobody should be harrassed like this the way iam going through.
