    Default Airtel DTH - Sony Bravia - Refund



    I purchased the sony bravia lcd tv on 31st May 2011. They gave me the Airtel dth activation kit. For the same to be activated i had recharged with 1000 Rs from my credit card. Then I contacted customer care to get the installation, he told that the application is not working and you need to go to dealer tomorrow.

    When i went to some of dealers no one responsed correctly and told offer is expired yesterday itself. But according to customer care people it was still active as i have recharged it on 31st May 2011 itself. After I called the customer care they told they will refund the amount and the back end team will contact you in 2 hours.

    Up to now nobody had contacted me and there is no refund. I am frustrated with the Airtel. Being such big name in the industry this is not the way to cheat the customer. I want the my money back as early as possible.
