    Hi,

    I bought Dish TV connection and got install on 10th Jan 09. While purchasing the product, the assured me of all home-born services. But now the scene is different.

    While installation the technician came, and told me that the services are free for 3 months. But just after 10 days it stopped working saying that please say the monthly rental. Now when I called to the dealer, he is insisting on coming down to office to pay the bill.

    Its not the question of going to goregaon and pay the bill, rather the way they are treating the customer, specially the deal is not acceptable.

    Please guide me in this regard

    Even i subscribe dishtv for one year and they charge me in advance during the subscription i opt maxi package with certain channels but now they have stop certain channels to this pack and in written of this they are not properly answer me.

    My customer Id 3001550900. The Airtel sevice is seems to be worst.

    Dear,
    I am a regular user of DISH TV. On dt. 29.12.2009, I subscribed through Net Banking an amount of Rs. 300.00 for 2 months Silverpack. There was a free ZRZR scheme. I was not aware of it, as it was free I selected that service. Now on dt. dated 28.1.2010 , they stopped my viewing, on making the complaint through e-mail, around 7 times, they say that the free service was expired on dt. 04.1.2010 and been converted as paid service. Now the question is, at the time of subscribed through net, therewere nowhere mention that the said services will be free uptil 04.1.2010 and after that it will be a paid service, nor they have informed me on dt. 04.01.2010 that the services provided earlier is now been converted into paid service. This act shows the malpractice of the company, they have not replied on this point nor given any relief. Please do the needful and guide me accordingly.

    Always post your complaint with your full contact details and the dish tv subscription details, apart from this we suggest you to first register your complaint with Dish Tv customer care, and in case you are not setisfied with their answer/reply then send a written notice to the CMD of Dish TV via registered post ( Keep one copy with, this may help if you need to knock the consumer forum ), and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the Notice, wait for their response and revert us back.

    Angry Dish TV -Online Ourchase a fraud

    HI i am Shezan from bangalore,
    i had purchased a Dish tv connection online on 21st jan 2010, and i paid the full amount of 1590/- for the subscription,
    they promise delivery of the connection in 24 hrs and tempt you to pay online.
    but till today i have not received the service, they gave me the number of M/S S V SERVICES (SF) ,phone 9731399929who was supposed to install, but he has come given the dish..but there is no reciever or connection, from the 23rd of jan i am calling them for delivery and connection, but they are not responding, i have called the custormer support inumerable times all they say is " we will call you back in 30 mins", but that never comes, my complaint token number is 1487673., now it has been more that 45 days.. am fed up with them ..this is a warning to everybody..dont buy dish tv online...i also recently purchased tatasky and they were very prompt.
