My Reliance Digital TV Smart Card No. is 200618332539 and
Complaint no 152620034, 152722443, 1530318731 regarding Set Top Box.
Just Now I received an SMS that my complaint is closed without attending it. I call to customer care they said Engineer visit your home and solve the problem, but no one came to my home from Reliance Digital TV. The complaint is still unattended from 9 may 2011.

Sir,
I would like draw your attention against following facts:
That against your SMS “get 5% cash back by recharging Rs.250/- before 18.10.11” paid Rs.250/- to your dealer M/s. Dinesh Dish Tv Network, E Pocket, Dilshad Garden,Delhi-110095.on 18.10.2011 at around 8.30 P.M. for the same.
That today make a call to your customer care cell at around 7.59 P.M., talked to Mr. Rajeev and he informed that no 5% cash back given to you. due to you recharge made on 19.10.11 instead of 18.10.11 by your dealer.
That informed to dealer and he replied that no server worked at that time.
That again make a call to your customer care cell at around 9.08 P.M., talked to Mr.Sanbir and he assure me you will found the same on 08.11.11, to support the same talk transfer the call to Mr. Nitin ( supervisor) and he denied the same and also misbehave with us, his way of talking was also not upto mark.
There are so many controversies in this matter, in this regard why your customer panelized.
Please also informed what action taken by you against Mr. Nitin ( supervisor)’behavior.
An early action will be highly appreciated.
