Respected Sir/Madam,





I am costumer of airtel digital TV from 18th April 2009 with
their costumer id 3000624965. And from last 4 to 5 days i.e. from 26th June
2009, I am not able to see any of my channel or not getting any signal. I
have compliant over their at their costumer care their technical person came
at my place on Saturday 27th June 2009, he changed some part any made
working for that day and from Sunday morning same problem started.

So I compliant again on Sunday morning and their technical
person was suppose to come at my place on Sunday 11.00 am i.e. 28th June
2009, he did not reached my place at that time so I call after that 2 time
to remind them but he had not reached my home/place till now. So what I
should do.
