Not getting my Channels

I am a customer of Airtel dish tv which I have been using for long time. Everytime I get issues with channel reception, we call up the customer care and it takes them a long time to give us a proper response. To add insult to injury most of the time they hang up the call on us when we ask them to connect us to their supervisor or higher manager authority. Today as I am speaking we are on hold for 26 minutes. I recently recharged for 3 months and eversince I have not been able to view a single channel for the entire last week.Inspite of countless number of calls they have not yet send a technician or support staff from their end inspite of many promises from their end.

I strongly believe that my right as a consumer to get services has been seriously violated by the Airtel DTH. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure the corrective action is takem against the Airtel DTH and make sure their customer care executives are held accountable for an extremely poor quality performance.
