big tv is cheating with us they automatically avtivate 10 special packs on my tv i am compalaining them but they didnt gave me any response and my amount is deducting. i tried so hard to solve my problem with coustomer care but their representive also is talking nonprofessionally with me and saying that your amount can not refund. we didnt activate any service the services is activated by their technical fault but i am bearing and my problem is not solved yet.
