I am Aneeb K, from Doddenakundi, Marathahalli, Bangalore.

I have subscribed to SUN direct from last 1+ year.

From 29/04/2011 (Friday) I am not getting many channels. Only SUN related channels are viewable (NO-Signal error is displayed on the screen for other channels).

I have contacted sun direct customer care at least 10 times till today, every time get a response that “representative will come and resolve in 24 hours, 48 hours” etc.

Even send e-mail to nodal office (nodalkar@sundirect.in). Registered complaint through online (sundirect.in).

But issue is not resolved till today.

I have raised many complaints thru sun direct customer care, first complaint number is: 12764425434.

The sad story here is that: I have subscribed SET MAX, but not able to watch IPL now.

I am really frustracted the way SUN DIRECT treat customer.

I am tired of: calling customer care, sending email to nodal office (nodalkar@sundirect.in), sending mail to customer care, etc.

What will I do now?

I would like to register a complaint against SUN direct in Consumer court. How to do this?

Please help me.
