Dear Sir,

I have paid Rs.1,999 to Tata Sky for new installation through my credit card. They
promised to install DTH within 4 hours. but even after 14 days it is not installed.
I called them to cancel the deal and return my money. Their call centre puts me on
hold for 10-20 minutes every time. also they said that I have abused their
installation engineers which I didn't. Instaed it was their engineers who were
abusing the Tata sky for pathetic service promises made.

So far they have not returned my money. I want to take them to court.

Kindly suggest what to do and how to get my money back. Also I have gone through
hell lot of frustration because of them.
