I had prepaid TATA Sky for 2 HD set top boxes on 22nd/23rd April 2011 (transaction ID - 1-9996667038). Only one out of the two was installed in time. I had also raised a complaint regarding the same, the complaint number is 1-10043783303.
I have not received any call from TATA Sky executives regarding the status of my 2nd set top box hence causing me inconvenience and worried about the payment I had made against the second set top box. Why was the payment taken beforehand when there was no intention to provide the required service.
I have also mailed my complaint to TATA Sky Nodal Officer at " nodalofficerharyana@tatasky.com " on 30th April 2011. I have still not received any call or the second HD set top box from TATA Sky. Request your good office's intervention for justice and resolution
