    Angry DTH not working for last 30 days.. and no response from Airtel till now

    Hi
    My Airtel DTH# 3003600154 is not working for last 30 days. And there is no response from customer care. Their voice based customer care representatioves keeps my call on hold for say 30 mins and then disconnect my call. While any email to them is not answered.

    Please let me know how to file a Case in Consumer Court. I live at Pune.
