I m a subscriber of Tata Sky. There is some technical issue with the set up box and due to this im unable to view the channels.

I have repeatedly called up Tata Sky and they are not even ready to send some one at my place and check the issue. In stead, they want me to stand in front of the television and act according to their instructions. I'm a full time employee and during day time i cant skip my office and stay back at home for this purpose. Their call centre shuts by 7 and by the time i reach home from office it will be 10 pm.

I have re-charged my account 2 times and lost upto 700 rupee. When i made this to their notice, they simply ignored it.

This is too much of an insult after having my hard earned money in their hand.

Can anybody help out?
