    Dear Sir

    I have ordered for airtel DTH services on April 19th over telephone to Airtel DTH Customer Care 080-44448080. I have been promised by Ms. Preethi that the installation will happen within 24 hours or else I would be guaranteed with a full refund and my order would be taken care. I have not received any call from airtel till now and I have called the customer care 20 times on this, There is no proper response and they refused to tell me the details of my installation schedule. They put me on permanent call hold and refused to answer, This has given me mental agony what i believed to be a wonderful service with airtel broadband services has turned into a nightmare, kindly look into this matter and provide me the refund of my cash paid without any deduction and delay as committed. As always I am expecting better services from Airtel.

    Dear Sir

    Further to our teleconference yesterday, nobody has visited my premises for Installation today as committed by you. Also I have logged call regarding the same Call No: 7280266 with customer care 080-44448080 . Ms Anila Thomas from Customer care has double confirmed for full refund of the amount paid without any deduction if installation doesn't happen before 4 PM today. Still now the installation has not happened. Also I have called customer care for confirming my refund ten minutes back. Kindly process my full refund and give me the amount Rs.3934 by Monday April 23, 2011 failing which I have to appeal to the hon'le court of law for justice towards the mental agony I have suffered, my spoiled time and health speaking with incompetent customer care and the amount paid.
