Complaint Regarding Relliance HD DVR Universal Remote
Dear Sir,
It is for your kind information that I using Reliance DTH Service under smart card no : - 200637176274. Recently I have upgradation simple setup box to HD DVR because of Universal Remote. But on the first day of installation I have not get benefit of universal remote. The engineer of not able to mapping the universal remote with sansui lcd. I have make lot's of call to customer care on number 180020019001. First of all they provide me some code. But All codes are not working. Then they told me our senior will contact you with in one day but i have not receive any call from reliance big tv. Again I make call to customer care. Than He told me that we have no more code you can ask for code to Sansui Dealer. I do the same thing i make call to dealer he lodge complaint number CHA0904110038 dated 12.04.11. And Engineer of Sansui LCD visit my home & he check every thing and say that there is not fault in sansui lcd or sansui remote. you get help from reliance customer care because other dth service provider like airtel, Tata sky are mapping universal remote by him self not by sansui or philips lcd providers.I have purchase HD DVR online against reciept No AMIP14291713 dt 10/3/2011.I am facing Lot's of harassment from reliance customer care & service.
