    Default Airtel DTH Pathetic Customer Care

    Hi

    My customer id in Airtel DTH is 3000102689. We have been trying to get Airtel to change the Dish alignment to the new satellite SES7 to get the newly added channels. It has been almost one month since we raise couple of complaints with Airtel. Complain numbers are 5955606 and 6707414. No one even bother to call us back. Whenever I call customer care they say someone will resolve it in 24 hours. No one even call us. One guy said it will be resolved in 6 hours and will have some one call us back in one hour. But no one bothered to call us back. I'm deeply regretting for investing in Airtel Have two connect for which I pay 450 every month. Still no one to care. Very Sad.

    Any update on this? I just get call to check if the issue is resolved. But no one seems to going to resolve the issue
