Airtel DTH - Not installed for a week now..

    Angry Airtel DTH - Not installed for a week now..

    My Customer ID is 3007679978.

    I bought a new Airtel DTH connection on 13th of this month on phone IVR thru my credit card. My purchase transaction ID is 14550789. During my purchase, I was told that the installation will be done in 48 hrs and the installation representative will get in touch in my cellphone. Even after one week no response from them.

    My attempts to lodge a complaint with the customer care for the past 3 days is futile. I was told, its not their practice to open complaint tickets for installation issues. But they will escalate the issue with the installation dept and I'll getting a call in next 1hr, few hrs, ASAP etc., But for no avail on every attempt.

    If this is the level of service I am given even before I start using it, can't imagine how my days of real usage will be with these people.

    Will wait for 2 more days before I consult for legal opinion.

    My Customer ID is 3009028516

    I have purchase a new Airtel DTH connection on 14th October on phone thru Vriti Infocom pvt. ltd. noida, by cash.They told me that the installation will be done in 24 hrs and the installation representative will get in touch in my cellphone.

    Now onward no call or installation has been done at my home (148 bahubali nagar near gandhi nagar air port road indore)

    I have many time contact with airtel customer care but the problem still not solved

    i will wait for some time after that i will go for consult for legal opinion.
