    Default Airtel Digital TV not installating new connection

    My customer ID is 3007554996. I have booked a new Airtel DTH connection on 29th March 2011 and payed amount through the IVR from my CitiBank Credit card. The amount was deducted from my credit on the same day with the name of "Airtel DTH Navi Mumbai".

    However, the connection was not installed till date. I have tried to reach the customer care from 4th April 2011 but every time the call is being dropped by the customer care.

    I have made service request no. 6804446 dated 10-April-2011 for 'Disconnection' and refund of my deposit of Rs.4,350. The same is still pending.

    Default Airtel Digital TV Installation not done even after 3 days-reg

    My Name is Venkatachalapathi from Chennai. I have booked the Airtel DTH connection through Website and the payment made via a my Netbanking account on 23-08-11(Cust ID: 3008650984). I was assured of an installation in 24-48hrs time, but the same is yet to happen.

    While I called up their Customer care I was provided mere a lip service(Call back will be arranged in 30 mins, 1 hr, it will be done today at any cost,etc).

    I have also written an email to digitaltv@airtel.in and got only an acknowledgement email not any concrete response.

    I deeply regert on my dicion to go with Airtel Digital TV.

    I request Airtel to process the cancellation request and provide me the refund immediately as I am very urgently in need of DTH connection

    purchase Date : 31 -August -2011 6-7 P.M.
    Custormer ID - 3008709721


    Product : Digital HD


    Address : 159/2, Sector 3A, GAndhinagar 382010.

    Till now no installation is Done.
    You are about to do it in 24-48 Hours But no reply.

    I have Called Cutomer call many times and i got reply varies,
    1. out of Stock.
    2. You are not activated.
    3. I give you another no. to call on.
    4. Etc...
