    Default Airtel Dish TV customer complaint

    Dear Sir

    I was a Dish TV customer last 5 years . Expected better service I have switched over to Airtel DTH and now I am feeling tht I made a mistake ?

    Airtel DTH connection installation done on 10/1/11 with DVR. Last one month few channels are not getting due to Dish misalignment

    Several times (last 3 weeks) continuously complaining to your customer care office request no given as 6865002 and they had given contact phone no: chennai technician also as 9677097948

    Last 3 weeks everyday I was calling this person, he never attended my call. This is wasting my time and giving so much irritation also
    I never expected such a poor service from Airtel

    My company 6 nos mobile, Lan no: all are in Airtel. I am disappointed now hence if you are not taking any action on my complaint I will switch over to some oher DTH and I will tell all known friends that Airtel giving very poor service……………………… ?????

    Default Diplorable Service Provided

    I have just moved to Bangalore from Mumbai, and with recommendations I had got my airtel dish tv connection. I had the need of another set top box for which I had to constantly call your coustomer care centre endlessly, I did not want to make a card transaction, eventually I had to because of the lack of concern and the sheer pain of having to talk to annoying representatives who would not listen. Your service is certainly one that is regrettable beacsue once i got the next set top box and the person fixed it, i had no response from your end to make things ok, because it would not work. Quiet frankly, it is disappointing that such a large net work has such poor customer service. We are made to hold lines for almost 20 - 30 mins while your representatives say "sorry". We are in a professional world and as far as I see it this system needs a re boot and someone needs to take initiative to explain. I have been scrambling around for the relationship manager's number but,of course...! to no avail.

    At this rate I do not even expect some one to view this and repond but it is worth the endless efforts I am putting in to make my family enjoy their transfer to bangalore.

    I just spoke to Mayank who is the manager at the coustomer care reassuring me that things will be taken care off ... One only wishes that this time it is not a bag of false promises...

    I am fed up with the Airtel DTH customer care.
    They just refuse to do the re-installation of my DTH connection.
    I spoke to the manager(Lokesh) yesterday and he said work will be done.
    He gave me number of the enterprise in Whitefield. When I called that number he said that’s not my job.
    Rubbish service quality. My DTH was de-installed 4 days and now nobody wants to come for re-installation. I went for Airtel DTH because of the Airtel brand name and that was the biggest mistake. Customer care is pathetic. They just put the call on hold for music and go to sleep. After 10-15 min calls drop automatically.

    Question Over charge for dish shifting

    Dear Sir,

    I am your customer since last two year. recently, may i know what your charges for shifting dish? as your customer care cocern it is Rs 200, but your local market distrbutor charged it Rs 250, may know why extra charges?

    Default fooling people by the airtel service providers

    i had applied for hd upgrade of my settop box. i had paid the money on 05/10/2011 to your executive who came to collect it from my office. he said that the settop box will be changed by the next day. after that as he didn't come i made 5 complaints on different occasions and everytime they promised that the men will come the next day. i get messages the next day saying that your work has been done. this is happening for the 6th time and hence i am writing you this mail.please look in2 the matter.

    Default Airtel DTH service has become worse now a days.

    I have opted for ultra package before six months, in which i am suppose to view all main channels like pogo, star movies, Hbo etc; By the time of installation till now i am getting error code 4 when i keep these channels..I have called airtel customer care more than 10 times but the reply is same from all the people whom i have spoken. May be they have a same written format for every query.

    Two of them visited my house to repair, but they couldn't.

    Please help us..
