    Angry AirtelTv-Worst Customercare Service in INDIA !

    Hi,

    My Name is Rajashankar from CHENNAI Customer ID- 3006424730 . I am totally fed up with your Customercare Regarding my Airtel Tv - Relocation .I requested will in advance but you people always giving Req number's .Right now i have five -REQUESTnumber's with me. your customercare guys totally cheated from yesterday onwards ,they said your technician will come @ 2pm but no response then again i calld your customercare then one more guy said your technician will come @ 6pm so you go do your topup-Rs354 ,then i did topup also in ten minutes then i was waited till 8pm again same result.finally i calld your customercare @ 8pm & i spoke to Supervisor (PRAVEEN KUMAR & he said he will sent your technician by tomorrow ( 2/1/2012) . Today again your customercare executive calld me @ 3pm then he said ,he will sent your technician @ 4pm but again same result .Finally i contacted your customercare Supervisor - MANJULA MOHANRAJ @ 4pm ,she told me ,she will sent a technician @ 6:30pm & again i was waited ..... again you guys cheated me ! This is what you will all Customer's ? Why you guys are giving wrong commitments ? i was last three man but you guys totally fooled me took my Rs354 Amount also ! I don't know why the hell you guys are running this stupid airtel customercare Service ? Simply you guys are giving wrong informations & wasting customers time also ! And your supervisor is speaking superb ,you know what she is telling ,her duty is esculating mails ! So not customer's problem ? So who is responsible person of AirtelTv ? She is teating me as a Other DishTv customer .FYI Madam - I am also your AirtelTv Customer Ok . Still how many times you guys will fool me ? If you cant clear the customer's problem you should tell me na ? Better you guys close your customercare service & Please dont spoil your Airtel -Brand Name !

    Hi,

    I have recharged my Airtel TV (3004781851) using debit card. The recharge amount was Rs 960/-. But the same is not reflecting in my account. The money has been deducted from my bank account. The transaction ID for the same is “IIN/Bharti Tele/20120103142714”. Request you to look into the same.I have paid the money but cannot enjoy the channels post 8 Jan 2012

    Default Airtel DTH - Repeated problem in service

    I'm Vasavai,and have been a Airtel DTH customer for the last 2 years. SInce the time I renewed the service in June 2011, there have been a lot of problems with the service.
    When ever there is rain or winds, our service goes off, and it takes ages to get it rectified. Even during Diwali, we did not have the service, and had to follow up repeatedly for 10 days to get it restored. We had told the service engineer who came at that time to fix the problem permanentely - which never happened.

    During the new year eve,the same problem occured, and we have no TV since 29/12/2011. I have been calling airtel everyday, and they did not lodge a complaint the first 2 days. Even after escalating the issue and talking to thier supervisor, no action has been taken. Everyday, they say a service engineer will visit us - and have the problem rectified,but to no avail till date.

    We don't mind paying for the visit of the service engineer if gets rectified permanently. The error it shows is B0001 - and when I give this to customer care, they go through their list of routine queries and hangup - They don't listen to what I have to say, nor do they give a proper solution.

    Being fedup with their service and customer care - I'm posting here for an immediate remedial.
