    Default Fooled customer, Smart Seller

    I have already got out of Airtel DTH (or rather they have thrown me out) And i would advice all Airtel DTH customers to move to some other operator.

    SM2 error hit my home DTH service multiple times in last couple of months.
    And Airtel never send any one to fix this. (once someone called and fooled me by saying he will be coming over and i should be available)

    And finally when this started to occur each and every day. I send a mail to there nodal and airtelpresence mail ids. Same as earlier, i was asked to be present in my home on a working day and no one came.

    After acting as a puppet for these airtel technicians, i decided to pull out of Airtel. And then the real torture started
    I send a mail to cancel this connection and suddenly i get calls from everywhere to know whats the issue ( as if they are totally unaware)
    One day i see a reply from Airtel representative (a lady) saying i had talked about the issue with her and have agreed to wait for them to fix.
    I send a reply appreciating them in creating a great story (these people are too smart). Then the same lady calls and and starts argument on how i can send a mail like this.
    All these people would call the customer and talk any nonsense but will not give any details or explain these issue over mail.
    (any one can observe the replies they had attached in the same message board)

    I would suggest all airtel customer to record the phone conversation when ever you face any issues. (That's your only proof)

    Most interesting was the process of cancellation.
    After you confirm cancellation , airtel technicians while visit you house and take away all the airtel equipments (set top box and Dish and the wires(even though you have paid for these) and Then they initiate the Cancellation and you might get refund of what ever pending recharge amount. All the initial amount you have paid (in my case 2500 RS) is gone, that wont be refunded.

    If you have done some mistake, you have to pay for it later.
    Same with me i made a mistake of buying Airtel DTH connection and i have paid the price for this mistake.

    Default worst service exp by world class company

    i have video problem issue error B001 from last three days.
    the same issue i faced last 3 to 4 times in 1 yr.
    abt 2 month before when i faced same problem i pay 100 rs to engineer that came.
    this time when engineer (Mr. Mukesh, Mob No. 8511159423) came, after solving the problem when he ask for 100 rs, i told that for same problem (i.e. B001)
    i already paid 3-4 times. so this time i will not pay. at that time i m in office. than he talked to me very rude manner i.e. u pay or not. i told him that i want to talk to u why the same problem is coming again and again so when i come back u pls meet me.
    after this i m surprised that that fellow went to roof and again change the dir of antenna and create same video problem.


    what ever is the problem either i m paying or not he should talk to me to some higher authority but he has no right to do the above mentioned. after the above thing i completely lost my faith on Airtel Dth. now i think that it is also possible that same problem is coming 3-4 times bcoz may be Airtel person after some time change the Dir of antenna.

    after the above i complain a lot of places(customer care (comp no 12146032, nodel office gujarat contact no. 07940037114) for the above fellow but they giving no response to me. and i received one SMS that "ur service request has been resolved". what a surprise ....
    i m going to change my connection but this is my kind request to take action against the above person.
    This is the real picture of Airtel Engineers.

    For last 8days I am Getting Error Message Code SM2 and i Have Complaint 7times in 12150 and they say switch on ur Setup box for 30 minutes its will be ok .Then also Error not gone and then i complaint again in 12150 then they say me we have submit ur complaint, next day their will be a engineer visit to repair this problem But that bad engineer is not coming from 7days and not answering and when we call him he didnot pick up his mobile phone.After that we again complaint in 12150 but same answered and same engineer will be vist but no engineer visit us . WE trust very Well To Airtel But I not Thought That Airtel is Soo Bad So week In solving customers problems. We are we Dissapointed From This responce engineer is not coming still and we getting This Error From 24-31now also no engineer visit and we call 12150 same answers next day He will sure come But That bad,engineer is not coming at our home. Now what to Say to Airtel Service Like This To dissapoint The Customers. My Family Diwali is So Bad That we cant Watch TV Also From Last week and Please choose Good engineer to solve The Problems Please WE are Dissappointed

    my name is Benson with ID number 3009638716... want to know why Airtel Dish TV fraud many people because the reason why i said this is i buy new Airtel dish TV on 24th December 2011 and the person sale the Airtel to me promise me that i will receive installation engineer in my home before 2days which is 26th December and in that two days i did not see any person on my home regarding the dish panel installation and i went back to the office on 27th and they told me that i should wait for another 2days which is 29th December 2011 and i still have patience to them and that 29th i did not see any person again and i go back on 30th to the office again and i ask them to give me my money back because i did not need it again beside i want to use it for Xmas and they just disappoint me and the man told me that i should be not angry that 31st the engineer will come to my home for the installation and i still said OK and since then i saw the engineer on my home 2nd January 2012 and the engineer come with bike which his name is pankaji kumar mobile number 9285406072 and pankaji with his partner install the panel i ask them why the airtel is not showing even airtel show or any local station he told me that i should wait for 30 minutes i said OK' and 2hours nothing nothing in the tv i call airtel customer care and give complaint to one of them answer umesh and he told me that i should wait to him transfer me to install department i said OK' and i just on mobile for good 20 minute just listening to airtel product advertisement and another person attend me after 21 minutes and tell me to wait for more minutes like 15 minutes and i waited as he said i called again another person attend me i still give the same complaint to them and they told me be on call i agree to wait and after all the delays he told me to go back to the dealer i buy the airtel i still told my wife to go there because i called the dealer for good 20 times with my mobile and he is not attending my call and my wife go to the dealer office and they still call airtel customer care again with the dealer and they told my wife to send another engineer to me to check the problem but what makes me to have much crazy is i called the engineer mr pankaj kumar to notify him that panel he install in my house is not working and he told me that he is coming back and i called him again after 6pm and he told me that he is in traffic in my street i said ok and till now pankaj still in traffic and my airtel still not working till now also.
