IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER(10th)2008,I TOOK A RELIANCE BIG TV CONNECTION WITH SIX MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHER. BUT FROM APRIL 15th,2009 I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THE SERVICE AS IT SHOWS POOR SIGNAL. i HVE ALREADY GIVEN 4 COMPLAINS(COMPLAIN No.-95052535 DATED 18.04.09,COMPLAIN No.-95825643 DATED 25.04.09,COMPLAIN No.-96273918 DATED 30.04.09 AND COMPLAIN No.-97257800 DATED 11.05.09)TO BIG TV CUSTOMER CARE & SEVERAL TIMES TO THE LOCAL BIG TV DEALER.BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE.
1. THEY HAVE DEDUCTED THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR THE ABOVE PERIOD OF TIME THOUGH I WAS NOT AVAILING THE SERVICE. 2. I AM A SPORTSMAN AND DO LIKE WACHING CRICKET VERY MUCH.ONLY FOR THAT REASON I HAVE TAKEN BIG TV.IT IS TIME TO END THE IPL 20/20 TOURNAMENT, BUT STILL I AM NOT ABLE TO WATCH THE MATCHES. 3. FOR THE ABOVE REASON I HEVE BEEN GETTING TENSED SEVERAL TIMES AND ALSO LOST MY VALUABLE TIME FOR ABSOLUTELY NO RESULT.
I WANT MY BIG TV CONNECTION TO BE DISCONNECTED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP OR COMPLETE ONE YEAR FULL SUBSCRIPTION (WITH ALL CHANNELS AVAILABLE)WITH IMMIDIATE EFECT AS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINS AND HAVE BEEN CHEATING ME FOR LAST ONE MONTH SAYING THAT YOUR CONNECTION WILL BE OKEY WITHIN 48 HOURS.
