    Dear Airtel Presence,
    I really regret to say that Airtel presence is showing their absence very much. My cable service provider was the best who thinks customer is God and attends to the issues or problems any time we call him.
    Before writing my query I hope atleast you go through my below problem.
    I got my Airtel DTH on 8th of December and my customer ID is 3009526076. Till now from the day one facing problem. My first image on Airtel DTH was broken.

    I just wanted to activate 3 channels (for now which i feel its becoming impossible to make follow ups)

    1) Neo Pack( neo cricket and neo sports) which is already a part of south ultra which is not activated
    2) Udaya comedy (Recharged for 200 rs to activate the channels I require)
    I had called the customer care for 4 times and your representatives told that they have done some refresh in my account and the channels will be activated in half an hour(as per your IVR its 45 mins).
    I waited for almost a day channels were not activated. Then I thought of dropping online complaint and I was searching for the review on Airtel DTH, it was very sad to see that all the reviews I saw on Airtel DTH was negative.
    For the 4th time when I called I got a complaint number 14463878 and I had been told that it will be resolved by 11:30am (12/12/11).
    I don’t know should I come to a conclusion that I won’t get any solution after so many numbers of bad reviews( Negative feed backs by customers suggesting not to go for Airtel DTH) on many websites. And customers saying that even after calling for 100 times they haven’t got any response or solution (mine is after all 4 calls)
    And I don’t know whether to continue airtel dth or not.

    May be for the next month what if I face the issue again? We all customers expect because we pay that amount for which even we the customers have to work and struggle.
    I once again regret to say that the service provided by the airtel DTH ( service providers ) is pathetic and also would like to say that I am not the only one facing this problem , I am one among thousand customers who are suffering with one or the other problem with your airtel dth service.
    Hope you people get back to me with a solution at the earliest.

    i have been using an airtel prepaid card for sumtym nw. i have not been in india for sumtym now n so have nt rechrgd ma fone fr the last five months.yestrdy it showed sim registration failed.however i wnt to continue ds same number is der ne way i cn reactivate it?wil rechrgn nw help?n hw oftn do i hw to rechrg to keep da sim active ppls.presently im nt in india so cn i do nethn frm here.pls reply asap

    Question My Airtel DTH is not working since 15 days

    My customer ID is 3008934032.I have lodged 5 complains with Airtel DTH customer care in last 15 days but still my issue is intact. Everytime engineer come and check and return without fixing. Interestingly when I call customer care they replied saying that the I was not reachable. Everytime they come up with a new excuse. The last one was they replaced my STB and said it will get activated in next 3 hours. but still it hasn't after 50 hours.
    I have also emailed to Nodal officer and AIRTEL PRESENCE regarding this but still did not get any resolution.Below mentioned are complain numbers which I made.

    My customer id 3008773854 , even after several days of my complain, till now now the problem has not been solved,
    i tied of calling now, this is my last month of airtel.
    Heights of poor service.
