It is very shameful that despite being paying the DTH, SUN DIRECT service provider and agreeing to all their terms and conditions, the consumers DOES NOT GET THE WORTH of it. forget the worth, despite calling customer care, first, the connection always has problem "calling them 70 times continously" and not getting any response from their side..the connection is always down n says "radiopath unavailable"...
all the customer care executive are so ineffiecient, rude. they will nver respond back to the problems.
their satellite service was down for 5 months showing 2 channels for 2 months. and after that, when they activated 2 more channels, they demanded full charge per month.
moreover, even if the service is free for us as told my their own customer care executive, the technician, when they come home, t(hat too after repeated requests for more than 3 months) they charge us for their transportation.
they do not notify you beforehand about any technical changes..and create problems for the consumer whenver we activate or recharge our account.
this is really bad service. i would like the authorities to please take this seriously as we are not fools to pay them money for nothing
