My Complaint is regarding top ups offered by Airtel DTH



1) Airtel Offers Pay Channel as bouquets and a-la-carte rates if
the channels are not covered as part of package

2) The rates published are monthly , quarterly or half yearly

3) But the company charges an amount equal to the monthly charge
to activate the top up.



This activation charge is not mentioned in the brochure, nor is
mentioned by call centre agent. It was when I asked specifically to the
agent that these charges were told to me.



I would there like to know my rights as a consumer.
