Reaching the Nodal officer and customer care no is a big pain, even i i get connected, the call gets dropped in between. so poor has become the customer service which was once thr best among the competitors. There is no way to complain and escalate it to a higher authority than the nodal officers no. I feel Tata had become a better customer service now. atleast they have an escalation level where onc ecan send a mail to the Sunit Batara, unlike airlte where one cant reach my ajay puri email by any means. to tell him what happening on the ground..
