I am a subscriber of Reliance Digital DTH services since long. But since beginning I am facing problems in one way other. After so many complaints, the Reliance authorities have not solved my problem. The main problem are as follows:

* they are not giving me my account summary.
* everyday I have to scan my set top box, or else I will not get any channels - everyday asking for first installations.
* My favorite list is disappearing every day and I have to re-store every day.

So I request all not to go for Reliance Digital, you will suffer like anything.
