Submit Complaint..My sun direct had been expired on 23/04/2012.I had recharged it for 5 months.But now when I put my sundirect reciver a red light is blinking and the info channel is not coming .Plese help me

My recharge coupen reference no.11769585029 dated 31/01/2011 for Rs.110/-
For non functioning of channels I made a complaint on 02/02/2011,ref: 279832 and
I got the confirmation from customer service that somebody will come and do some changes in the antenna.
Inspite of several reminders nobody had turned down up to this time and the recharge money is getting reduced without using.
