I live in Kadugodi, Bangalore. I am using Sundirect. It has pathetic service and cheating its customers. The technical team is impotent to resolve the technical issues.

I am getting error message E-16-4 service is scrambled. I complained abt the problem to customer care. They said it will be resolved max 15 mins., but even after 10 hrs the problem still persists.

I want to ladge a complaint against SunDirect regarding the same. Please take the required action.
