I am a customer of tata sky dth services for last 3 yr..my subscriber ID is 1007329889

To watch world cup cricket i booked tata sky HD+ on 16 feb 2011 around 1 pm.........They promised to install it within 48 hr(Max). when it was not installed within 48 hr, i called cust care & complained abt this & told them either you install it or refund my money so that i can buy it from other dth providers.........

Till today neither i have got my money back or any communication regarding that or got HD+ installed inspite of calling them many times.....I am now frustrated as i am not able to watch world cup cricket in HD inspite of making the payment.....

I am feeling as if i am a FOOl...........

I want compensation for this mental trauma & unnecessary time wastage......Tata sky has just took my money & made me waiting & waiting...............
