Since last 15-20 days I am struggling to view television due to
unavailability of Tata Sky service.
After all up & down we registered 1st complaint on 1st March stating
that picture is not coming on TV & then next day your engineer came &
done some changes in Disc & told 200 rupees would be deducted from
your account.
Next day again we faced the same problem & we waited for few days
and finally we again raised a complaint on 8th March & your engineer
came next day 7:00pm & replaced set-up box but it worked only 10mins
then engineer said I will come tomorrow & provide new set-up box. Then
we spoke to senior person (Gurmeet) in support team & he said you will
be charged total 350 rupees & he has taken the ownership to provide
good service.
But next day engineer didn't came & we called up helpline & they
arrange an engineer @ 3:00pm. He again replaced the set-up box & it
worked for 5-6 hours & again we are facing the same problem.
I don't know what to do. We are not able to view television then also
every day you are deducting money from our account.
Please look in to it on high priority & revert all the charges &
balance which you have deducted for last 20 days.

2nd Mail:
After sending this mail we again registered a complaint & engineer came & did some changes on disc. After 3 hours again problem started.
Request you to look in to this problem on high priority & provide a permanent solution.
Also revert all the charges & balance which you have deducted for last 20 days.
