    contaction cm care from 22-01-2011 till date but issue is not resolved.

    Query handled by super superior desk officer and their

    TL are sravan, kumar , mahesh but still complaint is not resolved.

    350 COLLECTED WITHOUT Rectifing THE ISSUE

    AS PER NORMS THERE SHOUD NOT BE CHARE IF COMPLAIN RAISED AGAIN ON SAME ISSUE FROM FIRST COMPLAINT WITHIN 60 DAYS still people collected 175*2 still is not rectifed and chanel suspended due to negative balance as wrong debit is collected

    Jan 22 onwards every day 1-3 hrs calling customer care but still no proper responce.

    Request you to rectify the error and reverse the charges and pay compensation for mental agony.

    Iam Hukamchand p Sanghvi my card no 200588769394 . respected sir ihave change my dish on feb or march insread of taking 350 /- your servicer have taken rupee 750/- for that i have raised complaint many time .now i am warning u if within 48 hour you dont solve my proble i will go directly to consumer court its upto you.

    This is Rajeswar Pani working in Indian Navy at Visakhapatnam(A.P). Here by complaining against Relience Big TV that on 26 oct 11 I have been trying the cu care no. but these people are not responding I tried for 1:30 Hr but they did not picking up the phone only IVRS is working and after some time that is also getting disconnected.

    Hello Sir

    I am Ekta Bhatia. I have purchased Samsung Washing machine fully automatic wobble technology from Relaince digital in moments mall. But the machine delivered was defected. The cost was also high than the other dealers. As one of my friend purchased same model with same price but the catch is the machine was 7kgs and the one I purchased was 6.5 Kg. It is really disappointing that such a big organization is doing such mistakes and also not even bothering to deal with it. We have been trying to call them since one n half week but they are too busy in fooling other costumers so they cannot send a new piece to our place. In fact we even went there and we were told that they change the piece in 72 hours I think they don't even Know how many days will make 72 hours.

    Moreover they told me everyday that tomorrow it will be definitely replaced but as we all know RELIANCE DIGITAL's TOMORROW NEVER COMES...

    HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING DEAL...

    Default Issues with reliance digital tv

    Hi,

    I am Saurabh Shukla, customer of reliance digital tv since july'11. Now i am facing a problem as i changed my address from west delhi to south delhi and placed a request to them to uninstall the equipment from place one to another but they said they will take Rs175 to uninstall and Rs350 for re-installation but i have to carry the equipment as i already moved out . Also they said will do it in 48 hrs which has not met and as i was unhappy so i asked them to give me a complete refund along with the amount in the a/c and take the equipment back cuz it is taking almost 4 days for the complete thing. but they refused to give any refund neither the amount in a/c of Rs1200 not the equipment cost which was paid by me at time of purchase.

    So please help me out with this fraudulent company and their services and that will be a great help. Otherwise you can suggest me what needs to be done by my end.

    Sir,
    This is Palaniappan from chennai. I paid for the reliance digital tv connection last month. The money was given to your representatives ( santhosh and raghu - chennai ) and I have the receipt for my payment .They gave me some DD no. and the number is "385440". I even got a call from your Mumbai office saying that the installation will be done within a week.But they still have 'nt installed it and the representatives are not attending the phone.Do take some immediate action.

    This is Palaniappan from chennai. I had already given a complaint one month back saying that i had paid for the reliance digital tv connection and the connection has not been given. Then I had a response to my complaint.They said that my connection was cancelled and that they would call me back after sometime and tell the date for the return of the amount I paid. Its again a month since they said this and neither i received a call nor any signs of getting back the amount paid. Give me a proper response now or tell me what further action i should take.

    I have asked for yearly subscription details and the Customer Care Center asked me to subscribe Rs.1548/- which I have done preferring Malayalam package additional with Telugu package. They activated only Malayalam package. On contact to the Customer Care Center, the asked to subscribe Rs.399/- to change over to Bronze package. The amount was deposited on 17-05-2011. The Customer Care again asked to deposit Rs.10/- to activate it for one year. I am 61 years old. In the scorching heat, i again went and deposited another Rs.10/- and on contact, they now asking me to deposit Rs.61/- to activate the Bronze package for one year.

    This is nothing but a mockery and the staff at the Customer Care Center is joking with the genuine customers. You are requested to take necessary action deemed fit to avoid harassing the customers by Reliance Digital TV please.
