We have purchased Disk TV connection from your company. We are regularly recharging and paying in advance for the same. Since last six month while watching the TV the message appears that “your account balance is negative – ignore if recharged”. This message blocks 90% area of display of TV. This message remains on display for a minute and the same message appears again and again, often. We have several times complained this to your company in person and by telephone. Every time you have told us that now on such message won’t come. We have complained on your customer care no. 18001028080 which has a very tedious auto system which took couple of minutes. We can get your customer care after most tiresome efforts.

We talked to your executive Mr. Vikas Ref. no.116219607. We urged to note our complaint. We regret to say they did not lodge our complaint instead they gave us lengthy mind numbing instructions to operate on remote control unite if and when such message appears. This is much more irritating.

Our submission to you

1- Resolve this error within 48 hours.
2- Improve your customer care telephone system. Means direct customer care executive should be available instead of lengthy auto system, which should be on toll fee telephone no.
3- Give recharge of our subscription by one month as we have been harassed since last six months.
4- Failing above, Please return our disc cost and discontinue our services.

Hereby we give you notice that. If you do not respond as above within three days, we are compel to lodge complain demanding above plus mental harassment in to consumer Grievances cell. Please be noted.
