I took the connection of Airtel DTH in the month of March with 2 months free subcription offer. After two months when I recharged my account again with Rs. 300, in my account information it was showing wrong validity period as per monthly commitment. Then I tried to lodge a complaint through Customer Care, but they didi not give me any response and told that all the deduction were correct but they were unable to give me any proper calculation ( I wanted from them only the calculation of money they were using against my account). After that they agreed that the calculation was wrong so they lodge a compalint and then I received the resolution that deduction was proper. So again I tried to raised the complaint in Customer Care, where I experinced a worst situation. Their superviser agreed with me about wrong deduction agin but disconnected my call without any proper reason. When I asked them the reason and requesting them to raised a complaint regarding the same, they used ABUSIVE language to me.
So, till now I am waiting for proper clarification from them not not received any response from them regarding that.
